Abstract

Sebagai wujud konsep dan tatacara istinbath al-hukm, ijtihad mempunyai kepentingan dalam mengikuti universalitas hukum Islam. Dinamika perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi dan informasi setiap harinya yang menyisakan problem, fakta ini menuntut kejelasan status hukum. Sedangkan teks al-Qur’an dan al-Hadits sebagai sumber hukum Islam sudah berhenti. Aktivitas ijtihad secara independen sudah lama berhenti. Bahkan, banyak refrensi yang menyatakan bahwa setelah abad IV H. tidak lagi dijumpai seseorang yang mampu melakukan penggalian hukum langsung dari teks baku. Hal ini yang membuat perbedaan pendapat dikalangan ulama terhadap hukum ijtihad.cAktivitas taklid terhadap seorang mujtahid bagi orang yang tidak mempunyai akses untuk menggali hukum dari teks primer juga menjadi perdebatan para ulama, antara boleh-tidaknya taklid dilakukan secara kolektif oleh kaum muslimin. Disamping kriteria seseorang yang dapat dijadikan muqallad, rumusan hukum ijtihad dan taklid prakteknya dalam masyarakat memunculkan stratifikasi masyarakat yang berbeda dan konsekuensinya.cDengan menggunakan pendekatan library research penulis mengumpulkan refrensi dalam kajian ini yaitu; Ușūl al-Fiqh. al-Islāmiy Karya(Wahbah Zuhaily). al-Lāmadzhabiyyah Akhtar bid’ah Tuhaddidu al-Syarī’ah al-Islāmiyyah.(Sa’id Ramadhān al-Būthi) al-Radd ‘alā Man Akhlad fī al-Ardl wa Jahila Anna al-Ijtihād Fī Kulli ‘Asr Fardl. (al-Jalāl ‘Abdirrahmān al-Sayuthi) al Ijtihād wa al Taqlīd. (KH. Ahmad bin Yasin).

Abstract

This article aims to describe the ideal concept of consumption in the view of Islam. The ideal concept of doing this ideal consumption is important to discuss as the basis for thinking of Muslims when consuming consumption in their daily lives. The approach used in this article is descriptive qualitative with the category of literature review, where this approach has the characteristics of collecting information and data using various types of available materials such as documents, books, magazines, and historical stories. This study finds that the ideal of consumption from an Islamic perspective is that there is an awareness in humans to spend their wealth in a balanced way, by spending it according to their basic needs. This study implies that the ideal consumption is in a balanced consumption between consumption for the benefit of the family, savings and the interests of the wider community.
