Abstract

The study airms to address the gaps in the existing research ons investigate how individual financial constraints, such as high interest rates, extended loan processing times, and complex security requirements, directly impact the operational aspects of SMEs. The paper offers a focused investigation into a specific aspect of SMEs – the direct impact of individual financial constraints on their operations. By reading the entire paper, individuals stand to gain a thorough grasp of the research methodology, detailed findings, and the broader implications for SMEs, policymakers, and financial institutions. In conclusion, the future agendas for enhancing access to finance for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) revolve around embracing digital transformation, establishing flexible regulatory frameworks, investing in capacity building, promoting inclusive financing models, fostering global collaboration, integrating sustainability into financial decisions, improving data accessibility and analytics, and planning for economic resilience. A collaborative effort involving policymakers, financial institutions, industry stakeholders, and SMEs is crucial to create a dynamic and supportive ecosystem that ensures the financial inclusivity and long-term success of SMEs in an ever- evolving economic landscape.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam praktik akuntansi, khususnya pada proses pencatatan transaksi dan penyusunan laporan keuangan. Dunia usaha saat ini membutuhkan lulusan yang tidak hanya menguasai konsep akuntansi, tetapi juga mampu mengoperasikan aplikasi akuntansi berbasis digital. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa-siswi Jurusan Akuntansi SMK Swasta Kristen BNKP Gunungsitoli dalam menggunakan Aplikasi Akuntansi Pro sebagai media penyusunan laporan keuangan perusahaan. Pelatihan dilaksanakan selama 3 hari dengan total durasi 18 jam, melibatkan 35 siswa kelas XI Akuntansi sebagai peserta. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyampaian materi, demonstrasi penggunaan aplikasi, praktik langsung, serta evaluasi melalui instrumen tes (pre-test dan post-test) serta rubrik penilaian praktik ketepatan laporan keuangan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan peserta yang terukur, di mana rata-rata nilai pre-test sebesar 54,2 meningkat signifikan pada post-test menjadi 85,6. Berdasarkan rubrik praktik, 88% peserta telah mencapai kriteria kelulusan minimal dengan mampu memahami siklus akuntansi, melakukan pencatatan transaksi secara digital, serta menyusun laporan keuangan dengan lebih cepat dan akurat. Kegiatan ini berhasil menjembatani kesenjangan kompetensi digital siswa terhadap penerapan teknologi di bidang akuntansi sehingga mendukung kesiapan mereka memasuki dunia kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of leadership style in creating effective working relationships in Hilibadalu Village. The study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Research informants consisted of the village head, village officials, and community leaders selected using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was maintained through triangulation of sources and techniques. The results showed that a leadership style that tends to be authoritarian, less communicative, and often blames subordinates has a negative impact on working relationships. This condition is characterized by closed communication, low trust, and weak cooperation between village officials. This study concluded that the implementation of a more democratic and participatory leadership style is necessary to create effective working relationships, improve cooperation between village officials, and support improved performance and quality of service to the community.
