Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang  bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran manajemen karir terhadap efektifitas karir pegawai pada Kantor Camat Gomo. Teknik pengumpulan data yakni dengan metode pengamatan dan wawancara. Adapun yang menjadi populasi yaitu seluruh Pegawai pada objek penelitian sebanyak 21 orang yang kemudian penulis menetapkan seluruh populasi tersebut menjadi sampel. Untuk menganalisa data, penulis menggunakan teknik analisis dengan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mengetahui peranan antar variabel. Dari hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa pada kantor Camat Gomo manajemen karir masih belum berjalan dengan baik. Proses perekrutan pada kantor ini dilakukan melalui seleksi CPNS daerah yang penempataannya dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Nias Selatan. Selanjutnya pada kantor ini promosi jabatan terbilang minim karena secara strukural tidak banyak posisi/jabatan yang tersedia kecuali pegawai tersebut pindah instansi. Untuk proses pendidikan dan pelatihan pegawai, pada kantor ini tidak begitu banyak jenis pelatihan yang diterima oleh pegawai. Hanya beberapa pelatihan dinas jabatan saja namun pelatihan yang meningkakan keahlian kerja masih kurang. Secara organisasional komitmen terhadap keselamatan kerja kurang menjadi perhatian dari kepala instansi. Akibatnya hamper semua pegawai mengalami kendala dalam proses perkembangan karirnya. Struktur karir juga menunjukkan bahwahanya sebagian saja pegawai yang prospek karirnya terus naik kearah yang positif, sedangkan sebagian besar yang lain masih menduduki jabatan yang sama. Selanjutnya dari hasil penelitian, maka penulis memperoleh kesimpulan bahwa untuk meningkatkan efektifitas karirnya, masing-masing pegawai harus berusaha meningkatkan karir individualnya. Untuk itu adanya manajemen karir yang lebih baik merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk diterapkan pada kantor Camat Gomo.Kata Kunci : Manajemen Karir, Efektifitas Karir, Jabatan, Pegawai, OrganisasiAbstract: This research is a qualitative descriptive study which aims to determine the role of career management on the career effectiveness of employees at the Gomo sub-district office. Data collection techniques, namely by observation and interview methods. As for the population, namely all employees in the research object as many as 21 people, which then the authors set the entire population to be the sample. To analyze the data, the writer used the analysis technique with a qualitative approach to determine the role between variables. From the research results, it is known that at the Gomo sub-district office, career management is still not going well. The recruitment process at this office was carried out through a selection of regional CPNS which was carried out by the Government of South Nias. Furthermore, in this office promotion is minimal because structurally there are not many positions / positions available unless the employee changes agencies. For the process of employee education and training, this office does not receive many types of training. Only a few trainings for official service positions, but training that increases job skills is still lacking. Organizationally, commitment to work safety is less of a concern from the head of the agency. As a result, almost all employees experience problems in their career development process. The career structure also shows that only some employees whose career prospects continue to rise in a positive direction, while most of the others still hold the same position. Furthermore, from the research results, the authors concluded that in order to increase the effectiveness of their career, each employee must try to improve his individual career. For this reason, better career management is very important to be applied to the Gomo Camat office.Keywords: Career Management, Career Effectiveness, Position, Employee, Organization

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini yang menjadi permasalahan pertama adalah bagaimanakah proses perencanaan suksesi dan analisis perencanaan suksesi pimpinan yang terjadi pada KSP3 NIAS Cabang Namohalu Esiwa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses perencanaan dalam mendukung suksesi pimpinan pada KSP3 NIAS Cabang Namohalu Esiwa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif,teknik pengumpulaan data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Peneliti melakukan observasi dengan langsung turun kelapangan untuk melihat objek yang diteliti kemudian peneliti melakukan wawancara untuk menggali informasi kepada sumber data yakni informan utama, informan kunci dan informan pendukung. Teknik analisis data yang di gunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di peroleh kesimpulan bahwa proses perencanaan suksesi yang dilakukan pada KSP3 NIAS Cabang Namohalu Esiwa telah di lakukan berdasarkan tahapan yang telah di atur dalam AD/ADRT atau peraturan yang berlaku pada KSP3 NIAS, dan proses pengangkatan/Pergantian jabatan tertentu telah di siapkan atau telah di tetapkan baik proses maupun tahapan berdasarkan musyawarah dari dalam cabang KSP3 NIAS dan juga dari hasil penilaian dari pimpinan pusat KSP3 NIAS.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menganalisis implementasi teknologi informasi dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Nias. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian masyarakat menganggap bahwa implementasi teknologi telah meningkatkan efisiensi dan aksesibilitas pelayanan publik. Hal ini menciptakan penghematan waktu, biaya, dan mengurangi hambatan geografis dalam mengakses layanan. Teknologi telah membantu dalam melindungi data pribadi mereka. Aksesbilitas pelayanan telah memberikan dampak positif dalam peningkatan pelayanan kepada masyarakat, pelayanan menjadi lebih cepat, lebih akurat dan lebih responsif terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat.

Abstract

Leadership succession in villages is a change of leaders who play a role in continuing and developing village development programs. This phenomenon often faces obstacles due to a lack of clear planning, causing village communities to have difficulty understanding the direction of development and evaluating achievements. The problem formulation in this research is how individual factors influence succession. This research aims to identify and analyze individual factors that influence leadership succession in Tigaserangkai Village, West Nias Regency. The urgency of this research lies in the importance of an in-depth understanding of the factors that influence leadership for better village development planning. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data was analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The research results show that the age and education of village leaders are important indicators of experience, wisdom, and ability to bring about positive change, while integrity, justice, and ethics are considered essential in building community trust. Leaders with a combination of education and strong moral character are considered more effective. In Tigaserangai Village, the balance between the leader's maturity and energy provides an adaptive perspective to change, while age and experience provide stability. The practical implementation of this research is the need to pay attention to the factors of age, education, and moral character in selecting village leaders. The limitation of this research is the limited sample which only covers one village. The next research recommendation is to conduct a comparative study in several villages to obtain broader generalizations regarding individual factors in village leadership succession.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions for Vivo cellphones at Transcom Gunungsitoli. This research uses 3 variables, namely product quality (X1), promotion (X2) and purchasing decisions (Y) with the data source, namely primary data with collection techniques. data through a questionnaire with a sample size of 30 respondents. The type of research used in this research is Quantitative Research, from the results of the research it is concluded that the results of the calculation of the validity test of the questionnaire items for the Product Quality variable (X1) and Promotion Variable (X2) were found to meet the validation requirements because, with a sample size of 30 and sig .2-tailed 0.05, the r table value is 0.361 and is based on the spss processing table above. The calculated r value for each questionnaire data is greater than 0.362, so it can be said that the questionnaire data is valid and the results of calculating the validity of the questionnaire items for the purchasing decision variable (Y) found that it meets the validation requirements because based on the results of the r-calculated research all the question items have a value. greater than r-table, 0.361 (r-count>r-table). So it is declared valid.

Abstract

Competency is a collection of knowledge, behavior and skills that teachers must have to achieve learning and educational goals. Competence means the ability to realize something in accordance with the tasks given to someone. This research aims The aim of this research is to find out how important it is to develop competencies in SDN. 071168 Laehuwa, Alasa Talumuzoi sub-district, to find out how teachers perform at SDN. 071168 Laehuwa Alasa Talumuzoi sub-district. The research was carried out using a qualitative approach using observation, interviews and documentation methods. Based on initial observations or observations made by researchers regarding the problem of low teacher performance. In facing their work, teachers experience boredom, tension, and even stress. This causes teacher performance to be not optimal. There are subordinates who have a high work ethic, some who have a low work ethic, some who are frustrated, some who have a high work ethic, some who have high skills, some who are less skilled. There are also those who feel bored with their work, there are those who want challenging assignments. All of these are existing situations and conditions. Based on the research results, the importance of competency development in improving teacher performance at elementary school. 071168 Laehuwa, Alasa Talumuzoi sub-district is that teachers' active participation in developing knowledge, applying innovative teaching methods, developing skills, and a positive attitude in carrying out roles and functions are important keys to creating an effective learning environment and providing a positive impact on students at State Elementary School 071168 Laehuwa.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how the Regional PPPK recruitment process is at the BKPSDM Gunungsitoli City Office and what are the obstacles in recruiting Regional PPPK at the Gunungsitoli City BKPSDM Office. This research uses qualitative research with observation and interview data collection methods. From the results of research from informants, the PPPK recruitment process for Gunungsitoli City involves several main stages which include planning, needs analysis, transparency, equality, registration process, acceptance process, and use of technology. In this research, several obstacles were also found, namely, technical obstacles, difficulties for prospective employees, and the reach of information. So researchers provide suggestions from the research results to evaluate and improve technological infrastructure, especially in the SSCASN registration system network application and provide adequate technical support for prospective employees who experience technical difficulties during the registration process. Carry out a more intensive outreach campaign regarding the PPPK recruitment process, especially to prospective employees.

Abstract

Organisational culture is formed by leaders and applied to subordinates. Culture also changes according to the environment and the needs of the organisation. In the Public Housing and Settlement Area Office of North Nias Regency in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. In the Office of Public Housing and Settlement Areas of North Nias Regency, in carrying out their duties and responsibilities, it is not in accordance with what is expected that performance where the problem is that employees in the agency still unable to carry out and complete their duties properly. The purpose of the study was to determine the Organisational Culture and to determine Employee Performance at the Public Housing and Settlement Area Office of North Nias Regency. In research using qualitative methods using data and information using observation, documentation and interviews. The result of this research is that the importance of a strong organisational culture lies in its ability to create commitment to improving the quality of housing and settlements, effective and efficient resource management, and adaptation to changing times, technology, regulations, and community needs. By applying these values, the Public Housing and Settlement Areas Office can become an effective, responsive, and trusted institution by the community in delivering housing programmes and maintaining integrity. In employee performance, the need for efficiency includes the ability to plan and manage housing programmes within budget and time, effectiveness involves resource management and internal communication, innovation is needed to face development challenges, and responsibility to the community is a determining factor for performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh pengembangan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman, Perhubungan serta Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Nias. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner yang disebar kepada pegawai di instansi terkait. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik regresi untuk menentukan sejauh mana variabel pengembangan sumber daya manusia mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang hubungan antara pengembangan sumber daya manusia dan kinerja pegawai di konteks Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman, Perhubungan serta Lingkungan Hidup di Kabupaten Nias. Implikasi dari temuan penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar bagi pihak terkait dalam merancang kebijakan dan program pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang lebih efektif guna meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dan, secara keseluruhan, mencapai tujuan strategis instansi tersebut. Abstract

Rekrutmen merupakan serangkaian aktivitas mencari dan mengikat pelamar kerja dengan motivasi, kemampuan, keahlian, dan pengetahuan yang diperlukan guna menutupi kekurangan yang diindetifikasi dalam perencanaan kepegawaian. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dimana informasi yang disampaikan merupakan hasil wawancara yang dilakukan oleh peneliti di PT. Elnusa Petrofin Kecamatan Gunungsitoli Idanoi Kota Gunungsitoli. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui metode rekrutmen, teknik rekrutmen dan kualifikasi rekrutmen yang dilakukan pada PT. Elnusa Petrofin Kecamatan Gunungsitoli Idanoi Kota Gunungsitoli. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa metode rekrutmen yang dilakukan menerapkan sistem metode terbuka dalam merekrut karyawan, akan tetapi pelaksanannya belum bisa dilakukan secara maksimal dikarenakan keterbatasan dalam mengambil kebijakan serta keputusan dalam merekrut karyawan. Selanjutnya teknik rekrutmen yang dilakukan pada PT Elnusa Petrofin Kecamatan Gunungsitoli Idanoi Kota Gunungsitoli dilakukan dengan menerapkan teknik promosi jabatan bagi karyawan berprestasi serta teknik seleksi bagi karyawan baru. Hasil penelitian terakhir dalam penelitian ini adalah tentang kualifikasi rekrutmen yang dilakukan di PT Elnusa Petrofin Kecamatan Gunungsitoli Idanoi Kota Gunungsitoli dapat diketahui bahwa dalam menentukan kualifikasi karyawan dilakukan dengan merencanakan terlebih dahulu bagaimana kualifikasi karyawan yang dibutuhkan untuk mengisi kekosongan jabatan.
