Abstract

Human resources are the driving force for the overall management of a company in achieving its goals. So the effectiveness of a company in managing human resources greatly determines the success of the company. The current performance condition of BAPPEDALITBANG needs to be optimized again so that development planning in Bogor Regency can be as expected. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance and organizational commitment on employee performance with commitment as an intervening variable. The research was carried out at BAPPEDALITBANG with a research population of 113 employees. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula to obtain a sample of 89 respondents. For data collection, the questionnaire method and direct observation were used. And to analyze the data using the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method version 3.0, the data tests used in this research are reliability testing, validity testing, hypothesis testing and classical assumption testing. Based on the results of the research and discussion, several conclusions can be drawn, namely that there is a direct positive and significant influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, there is a direct positive and significant influence of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, there is a direct positive and significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance, there is a direct positive and significant influence from organizational culture on organizational commitment, there is a direct positive and significant influence from organizational commitment on employee performance, there is an indirect positive and significant influence from job satisfaction on employee performance, there is a positive and significant influence significant indirect impact of organizational culture on employee performance.

Abstract

Pendidikan dianggap sebagai suatu upaya yang sistematis dalam mewariskan nilai-nilai budaya dari satu generasi ke generasi berikutnya oleh masyarakat sehingga diharapkan siswa untuk memperoleh pengetahuan yang seimbang dan terintegrasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Yayasan Labs School Daar El Salam yang berlokasi di Perumahan Villa Nusa Indah Blok SS No.4 Bojong Kulur, Gunung Putri, Bogor. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh tata kelola, sarana prasarana, dan kurikulum terhadap daya saing sekolah dengan motivasi sebagai variabel intervening pada Labs School Kaizen. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yaitu berupa data penelitian yang diukur dalam suatu skala numerik (angka) yang dapat dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis statistik. Metode pengumpulan data berupa data primer yang diperoleh melalui melalui pengumpulan data melalui survei yang melibatkan siswa, guru, dan manajemen sekolah. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif yang dapat menggambarkan karakteristik responden dan variabel penelitian, regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh tata kelola, sarana prasarana, dan kurikulum terhadap daya saing sekolah dengan motivasi, serta analisis jalur (path analysis) untuk menguji peran daya saing sebagai variabel mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengelolaan, sara prasarana, kurikulum dan motivasi terhadap daya saing. Demikian juga terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan sarana prasarana dan kurikulum terhadap motivasi.

Abstract

In the midst of increasingly fierce business competition, building material distributors in East Bogor face great challenges in maintaining and increasing their market share. Building material distributors, such as Mitra Karya Sukses , must compete not only on price, but also on product quality, service, and speed of delivery. To survive and thrive in this competitive market, companies are required to have competent salesmanship and superior service quality in order to create strong competitiveness that will ultimately improve the company's business performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of salesmanship competence and service quality on business performance through competitiveness. This study was conducted at Mitra Karya Sukses , a distributor of building materials located at Jalan Gas Alam, Wanaherang Village, Gunung Putri District, Bogor Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection methods in the form of primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to 87 customers of Mitra Karya Sukses and secondary data in the form of sales reports as supporting data. The data obtained were analyzed using various statistical techniques, including descriptive statistical analysis to describe the characteristics of respondents and research variables, measurement model evaluation (outer model), structural model evaluation (inner model) and hypothesis testing to determine direct and indirect effects (the role of mediating variables). The results of this study indicate that salesmanship competence and service quality each have a positive and significant effect on competitiveness and business performance, competitiveness has a positive and significant effect on business performance, while the competitiveness variable does not play a role in mediating the effect of salesmanship competence and service quality on business performance at Mitra Karya Sukses . The independent variable is able to explain the dependent variable by 70.5%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of human resources (HR) development based on vision and mission and quality assurance on improving the academic performance of teachers at Labs School Kaizen Gunung Putri Bogor. The research method used was quantitative, involving 60 teachers as respondents who were selected using saturated sampling techniques. Data was collected through a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was carried out using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The research results show that vision and mission, HR development, and quality assurance have a significant influence on HR competency. In addition, HR competency was proven to be a significant mediator between independent variables and teacher academic performance. These findings indicate that increasing human resource competency through strengthening vision and mission, human resource development, and quality assurance can be an effective strategy for improving teacher academic performance in these schools. The implications of this research provide recommendations for educational institutions to continue to be committed to developing teacher competence in order to achieve the goal of higher quality educatio.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of government regulations in supporting product innovation strategies, human resource management, and data protection in the context of digital transformation based on artificial intelligence (AI) and big data technology. This study was conducted using a literature study approach, referring to various academic sources including strategic management textbooks, innovation, marketing, and the latest journal articles that discuss the relationship between government policies and organizational performance. The results of the study indicate that government regulations can provide constructive direction and limitations on the application of technology, but also have the potential to hinder organizational agility if not balanced with adaptive strategies. In this context, the company's ability to manage human resources, build ethical customer relationships, and encourage innovation that complies with regulations is the key to success. This study emphasizes the importance of integration between regulatory compliance and strategic flexibility in developing sustainable and competitive business models in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan sistem kompensasi sebagai variabel mediasi, pada Usaha Konveksi KSTBrothers Karsa Klapanunggal, Bogor. Berlandaskan pentingnya Sumber Daya Manusia, studi ini menyoroti peran kepemimpinan, kompetensi, dan kompensasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja. Metode kuantitatif digunakan, dengan data primer dari kuesioner pada 66 karyawan, dianalisis menggunakan Smart PLS 4.1.1.4. Hasil menunjukkan kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Meskipun kompetensi tidak berpengaruh langsung secara signifikan, sistem kompensasi terbukti berhasil memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan maupun kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Implikasi penelitian ini menyarankan manajemen untuk fokus pada pengembangan kepemimpinan dan kompetensi, serta mengoptimalkan sistem kompensasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Service Quality (SQ) and Administrative Innovation (AI) on Student Satisfaction (SS), with School Image (SI) as a mediating variable, at SMA Trisula Gunung Putri, Bogor. The main problem is the shift in public preferences from private schools to public schools or Islamic boarding schools, which require private schools to increase competitiveness. This quantitative research uses the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. The sample consisted of 69 respondents selected from a total of 215 students through a simple random sampling technique. The results of the study show that Administrative Innovation and School Image significantly affect Student Satisfaction. Service Quality and Administrative Innovation also significantly affect the image of the School. A crucial finding is that Citra Sekolah fully mediates the relationship between Service Quality and Student Satisfaction, as well as mediates part of the relationship between Administrative Innovation and Student Satisfaction. It confirms that improved administrative services and innovations can improve the image and increase student satisfaction, which ultimately strengthens the competitiveness of private schools.
