Background: World Health Organization (WHO) (2015) mention that around 800 women died from complications of pregnancy and child birt because of anemi. Anemia is the biggest and most difficult micronutrient problem to overcome in the world (Lynch, 2011). Iron deficiency anemia is the most common nutritional problem in the world and affects more than 600 million people (Arisman, 2010). Mung beans also contain iron, vitamin C and zinc which play a role in treating iron deficiency anemia. Purpose: To determine the effect of giving mung bean juice to pregnant women with mild anemia. Method: This research uses a qualitative descriptivee with a case study (Case Study). The instrument used the varney's seven-step care and progress notes using subjective, objective, data analysis and management (SOAP). Results: The results of evaluation from management that have been carried out for 1 month with monitoring 4 visits, it was found that there was an increase in Hb levels, namely from the initial inspection on 7 June 2020 with Hb of 10 g%, and on the last visit on 7 July 2020 there was an increase in Hb to 11 gr%. Conclusion: Giving green bean juice can support an increase in Hb levels because green beans contain vitamin C which helps in absorbing Fe.

Background: Maternal mortality in developing countries is related to anemia in pregnancy. Most anemia in pregnancy is caused by iron deficiency and acute bleeding. Delivery outcomes in pregnant women suffering from iron deficiency anemia are 12-28%. During pregnancy, the blood count increases by about 20-30%. Anemia in pregnancy will cause obstruction of blood flow to the uterus, so that oxygen circulation to the fetus is reduced. This disorder can cause hypoxia in the fetus so that during delivery it can cause neonatal asphyxia. Purpose: To determine the relationship between anemia in third trimester pregnant women and the incidence of asphyxia neonatorum. Methods: The type of research used is an analytic survey with a Cross Sectional Survey approach, the sample used is 132 respondents of third trimester pregnant women, with a sampling technique that is Simple Random Sampling. Results: It is known that from 26 respondents who gave birth to anemic asphyxia babies 13 and 13 did not have asphyxia, and 106 respondents were not anemic including 24 asphyxia and 82 did not have asphyxia. From the research results obtained p-value 0.005 > 0.05 so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Conclusion: There is a relationship between anemia in third trimester pregnant women and the incidence of asphyxia neonatorum
