Abstract

Goods sales information system is an important infrastructure for companies to manage and track all sales transactions of their goods efficiently. One common problem is the system's inability to handle high transaction volumes quickly and efficiently, especially during busy sales periods. This study aims to create a website-based goods sales information system by applying agile methods in design so that it can overcome existing problems and accelerate when there is a change process in design. In modeling a website-based goods sales information system using the Agile method, the result is the development of a system that is more adaptive and responsive to changing business and user needs. The Agile method allows for gradual system development, focusing on delivering features that have high added value in each iteration. The results of blackbox testing show that the website-based goods sales system reflects a high success rate, reaching 100%. This indicates that the system has successfully passed a series of functionality, security, compatibility, and performance tests without finding significant defects or errors.

Abstract

Problems in teacher performance evaluation often include several aspects that can hinder effectiveness and fairness in the process, especially in subjectivity in assessment. Many evaluation methods still rely on subjective judgments from superiors or peers, which can result in bias and unfairness. The purpose of this study is to develop a more objective and transparent teacher performance evaluation system by combining the reciprocal and MARCOS rank methods. In addition, this research is also to provide effective recommendations in the selection of the best teachers based on relevant criteria, in order to improve the quality of education in related institutions. The combination of the reciprocal rank and MARCOS methods in selecting the best teacher performance is an innovative approach to evaluate and rank teachers based on predetermined criteria, such as pedagogical competence, material mastery, communication skills, and managerial ability. The results of the ranking of the best teacher performance show that Dian Lestari ranks highest with a score of 1.8959, followed by Fitria Sari with a score of 1.8559 and Andi Santoso in third place with a score of 1.8523. These results show that Dian Lestari has the most superior performance compared to her peers in various aspects of the assessment applied.

Abstract

This study proposes a decision support system to select a handheld gaming PC by integrating the MEREC weighting method with the MARCOS ranking method. Sixteen devices were evaluated using Tokopedia price data and technical specifications across nine criteria: price, SSD capacity, RAM capacity, battery capacity, device weight, screen size, refresh rate, total screen pixels, and a display-type score (OLED=3, IPS=2, LCD=1). MEREC indicates SSD capacity is the most influential criterion (wC2=0.2085), followed by total pixels (wC8=0.1497) and display score (wC9=0.1389). MARCOS ranks MSI CLAW 8 first with Si=0.7652 and f(Ki)=0.6776, followed by ROG Xbox Ally X Premium and ASUS ROG Ally X (both Si=0.7535; f(Ki)=0.6672). The results show that storage and display attributes dominate recommendations for the observed dataset, and the framework provides an explainable, data-driven ranking that can be updated when market prices change.

Abstract

Permasalahan curah hujan ekstrem dan dampaknya terhadap sistem perkotaan di DKI Jakarta merupakan isu strategis nasional yang memerlukan penanganan serius hingga tahun 2026. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis dan peramalan intensitas curah hujan di DKI Jakarta menggunakan model AutoRegressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) guna mendukung mitigasi risiko banjir dan genangan. Data yang digunakan mencakup periode 2024–2026 yang diolah secara sistematis menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Python. Tahapan metodologi meliputi pra-pemrosesan data melalui agregasi harian, penanganan nilai hilang dengan interpolasi linier, serta identifikasi outlier menggunakan metode Interquartile Range (IQR). Hasil pengujian Augmented Dickey-Fuller (ADF) menunjukkan bahwa data telah bersifat stasioner pada tingkat level (p-value < 0,05). Berdasarkan evaluasi parameter, ARIMA(2,0,1) ditetapkan sebagai model optimal dengan nilai Akaike Information Criterion (AIC) terendah sebesar 745,752. Peramalan untuk horizon 14 hari ke depan menunjukkan pola intensitas yang stabil pada rentang 0,30 mm hingga 0,35 mm. Penelitian ini memiliki signifikansi ilmiah dalam menangkap pola temporal dan tren masa lalu sebagai instrumen pendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis bagi wilayah perkotaan dengan kerentanan hidrometeorologi tinggi.
