Abstract

This study aims to find out and empirically examine the effect of moderating variables of sosial impact on the relationship between community attitudes towards halal tourism and the interest in halal tours in Special Regions of Yogyakarta. The study sample consisted of 435 respondents from five districts in ten sub-districts in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, with each sub-district consisting of five respondents. Data collection techniques use random cluster sampling or random data collection, but there are groupings of respondents from gender and age. The results of testing the data show that the researchers' hypotheses are acceptable, where the public attitude towards halal tourism influences people's interest in halal tours. The existence of a moderating variable in the form of social impact also supports the relationship

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 memiliki dampak yang signiikan terhadap ekonomi di dunia. berbagai kebijakan diberlakukan guna mengatasi penyebaran Covid-19, seperti physical distancing, social distancing, pemakaian masker, hingga pembatasan sosial berskala besar (PSBB). Terjadinya penurunan aktivitas manusia, para pelaku usaha khususnya usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah tidak sedikit yang mengalami gulung tikar disebabkan melemahnya laju ekonomi. Hal ini disebabkan salah satunya adalah lumpuhnya kegiatan usaha masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni mengidentifikasi niat santri/santriwati dalam pengembangan wakaf produktif di lingkungan pesantren selanjutnya wajaf produktif tersebut salah satunya digunakan sebagai pemberdayaan ekonomi umat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni pendekatan statistik dengan mengadopsi model Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yakni menggunakan kuesioner dengan teknik puposive sampling yang ditujukan kepada seluruh santri dan santriwati di Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa religiosity dan knowledge menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan terhadap attitude serta attitude dan perceived behavioral control selanjutnya memengaruhi intention untuk berwakaf secara signifikan. Namun, subjective norm menunjukkan hasil yang tidak signifikan terhadap intention berwakaf di kalangan santri/santriwati. Oleh karena hasil tersebut, maka pegembangan wakaf dikalangan pesantren harus ditingkatkan untuk selanjutnya dimanfaatkan untuk pengembangan ekonomi Umat.

Abstract

Indonesia with the largest Muslim population in the world is expected to become the world's leading Islamic finance center. With a large Islamic economic base, Islamic FinTech has an important role in economic expansion in Indonesia. MSMEs as an instrument of economic growth in Indonesia, are expected to maximize the presence of Islamic financial technology for efficient and effective payments, expand market access, and facilitate access to finance and capital. On the other hand, the technology readiness of MSMEs is an important factor that needs to be investigated to see the acceptance of MSMEs towards the use of Islamic financial technology in Indonesia. This study analyzes the factors that influence MSMEs' intention to use Islamic FinTech services. This study involved 140 MSMEs from several regions in Indonesia as respondents. The analysis used partial least square structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS). By the objectives, four variables from TPB and TAM influence the intention to use Islamic financial technology, namely Islamic religiosity, ease of use, usefulness, and technology readiness. Finally, technology readiness is strongly correlated to the use of Islamic financial technology. The results of this study provide a comprehensive perspective for policymakers to improve the quality of applications so that it will also increase the intention of MSMEs to adopt Islamic FinTech. The results of this study can also be input, especially for the Financial Services Authority (OJK) to be able to promote Islamic FinTech and coordinate with Islamic FinTech to be able to provide the best service to users.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Apotek K24 Bintaro. 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Apotek K24 Bintaro. 3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh simultan kualitas pelayanan dan harga  terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Apotek K24 Bintaro. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis kuantitatif yang menggunakan statistik. Populasi  penelitian ini adalah konsumen Apotek K24 Bintaro. Sampel sebanyak 35 konsumen diambil dengan menggunakan random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa  Fhitung Sig yang dihasilkan adalah 0,000. nilai sig < 0,05 atau 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti Kualitas pelayanan dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan secara bersamaan.

Abstract

Purposes: This study aims to reveal the impact of financial technology (FinTech) in enhancing the sustainability performance of Indonesian Muslim Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Furthermore, this study also investigates the mediating roles of financial literacy, financial accessibility, competitiveness, and green innovation, and the moderating effects of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) consciousness and religiosity on the relationships between these mediators and the sustainability performance of Muslim MSMEs. Methods: Data were collected from 179 Indonesian Muslim MSMEs. And analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using quantitative aproach. Results: By the objectives, the results reveal that FinTech adoption positively impacts the sustainability performance of Indonesian Muslim MSMEs. Financial literacy, financial accessibility, SDGs knowledge enhancing the overall effect of FinTech on sustainability performance. Furthermore, religiosity significantly moderates these relationships, with higher levels of these moderators strengthening the positive impacts. Conclusion and suggestion: This study underscores the critical role of FinTech in advancing sustainable performance among Indonesian Muslim MSMEs. By enhancing financial literacy, financial accessibility, competitiveness, and green innovation, FinTech can substantially improve sustainability outcomes. Additionally, integrating SDG consciousness and religiosity into MSME practices can further strengthen these positive impacts. Policymakers and practitioners should account for these factors, particularly within the Islamic context, when developing strategies to support the sustainable growth of MSMEs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Resiliensi, Keterikatan Kerja, Dan Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan di Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Yogyakarta Kusumanegara. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Sctructural Equation Modelling dengan menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Squares menggunakan alat analisis WarpPLS 5.0. Teknik Sampling yang digunakan yaitu Non probability Sampling dengan metode sampling jenuh dengan menggunakan 31 responden dari karyawan Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Yogyakarta Kusumanegara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Resiliensi, Keterikatan Kerja, Dan Kecerdasan Emosional memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Yogyakarta.
