Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence competence, discipline, and work stress have on employee performance at PT. Tolan Tiga Indonesia (Tolan Estate). This study uses a quantitative approach method. Which the object of this research is all employees of PT.Tolan Tiga Indonesia (Tolan Estate) as many as 427 employees. And samples taken as many as 100 respondents. the results in this study that simultaneously the variable X has an effect on and is significant on the variable Y. The contribution of competence, discipline, work stress to employee performance at PT.Tolan Tiga Indonesia is 43.1% and the remaining 56.9% is from other factors outside the variable researched. The results of statistical test calculations with sig. 0.000. The Fcount value of 25.197 is greater than 2.47 and sig. 0.000

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of digital marketing, taste, and price discounts on the intention to buy Boba beverage products in Rantauprapat, Labuhanbatu Regency. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive method. The population of this study were all consumers in the city of Rantauprapat, North Rantau and South Rantau districts, Labuhanbatu district, North Sumatra. And for the sample, there are 100 people who are derived from the Wibisono formula. The data obtained is primary data which is the result of respondents' answers or questionnaires distributed. The results of the t test show that Digital Marketing (X1) has a very significant effect on purchase intention. It can be seen from the results of tcount > ttable (3.199 > 1.984) with a significance value of 0.002 ttable (4,416 > 1,984) with a significance value of 0.000 ttable (3.611 > 1.984) with a significance value of 0.001

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find empirical evidence of the influence of Discounts, Product Quality, Free Shipping and live streaming on the purchasing decisions of Tiktok Shop users, with a survey conducted on all Tiktok application users in the Aek Nabara area, Kec. Upper Bar, Kab. Labuhan Batu. The sampling technique uses the purposive sampling method, where the selected sample is 100 users of the Tiktok application. Data were processed using multiple linear regression statistical test methods. The results of this study are that the Discount variable has a T-count value of 1.395 < T-table 1.985 with a sig value of 0.166 > 0.05, and the Product Quality Variable has a T-count value of 2.946 > T table 1.985 with a sig value of 0.004 T table 1,985 with a sig value of 0.024 T table 1,985 with a sig value of 0.005
