Abstract

Background: The period of pregnancy is a time that occurs due to the meeting of sperm and ovum cells to form a zygote. Back pain is the most common complaint with a prevalence rate of 49%. As gestational age increases, the shape of a woman's body changes because it compensates for the weight of the growing uterus, if not addressed, pain can affect daily activities and will also lead to poor quality of life for pregnant women. Objectives: This study aims to see the effect of giving warm compresses on reducing the intensity of back pain in pregnant women.
