Abstract

This study aims to find things that influence the empowerment of people and the interest of adolescents in mosques, as well as how mosque management can contribute to improving the quality of services so that adolescents are more involved in activities in mosques. The population in this study is all mosques in Banjarmasin City, which is 207 mosques. The sample is drawn from 100 Jami Mosques spread across Banjarmasin City, with the analysis unit of Takmir Masjid, Remaja Masjid, and Community in the Mosque environment in Banjarmasin City. The analysis uses the Partial Least Square model with t-tests with the following results, Mosque Management has a significant effect on Community Empowerment and Youth Interest in Mosques in Banjarmasin City; Mosque Management does not have a significant effect on Service Quality in Mosques in Banjarmasin City, Mosque Management has a significant effect on Service Quality through Community Empowerment in Mosques in Banjarmasin City, Mosque Management has a significant effect on Quality Service through Youth Interest in Mosques in Banjarmasin City. Abstract

The purpose of study This is For know influence Implementation Standard Accountancy Government in a way significant to quality report finance in the Agency BKKBN Government; for know influence SAP implementation in general significant to competence employees at the agency Population and Family Agency government National Planning; For know influence SAP implementation in general significant to Quality Report Finance through Competence Employees at the Agency BKKBN Government. Samples taken use formula slovin so that obtained as many as 77 respondents in filling questionnaire. Data analysis methods used is Structural Equation Model with using SmartPLS Software version 3.0. Research result show that (1) Variable SAP implementation has an impact in a way significant to Quality Report Finance in Institutions BKKBN Government, things This show that the more Good SAP implementation then quality Report Finance in Institutions Population and Family Agency Government National planning is also increasing good. (2) Variable SAP implementation has an impact in a way significant to competence employees at the agency BKKBN Government. (3) The implementation of SAP has an impact to Quality Report Finance through Competence Employee , thing This prove that SAP implementation with existence competence employee as variable moderation so can more increase quality report finance Because competence employee become matter fundamental in carry out the implementation of SAP.

Abstract

The cement industry in Indonesia faces severe structural challenges due to chronic domestic market oversupply and skyrocketing energy costs post-pandemic. This study aims to analyze the influence of Capital Structure and Profitability on Firm Value in cement sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2024 period. The research method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique that resulted in five main companies: PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk, PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk, PT Semen Baturaja Tbk, PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk, and PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk. Data analysis techniques include classical assumption tests and panel data regression analysis using the EViews 12 program. The results of the study show that partially, Capital Structure has a significant and positive effect on Firm Value (3.977 > table 2.052). Conversely, Profitability has a significant and negative effect on Firm Value (-2.237 > table 2.052), indicating a market paradox where short-term earnings efficiency fails to reflect long-term growth sustainability amidst industry saturation. Simultaneously, Capital Structure and Profitability have a significant effect on Firm Value with a Calculated F value of 7.669 > table 3.35. The value of the Coefficient of Determination R2 of 0.362 indicates that 36.2% of the variation in Firm Value can be explained by these two variables, while the remaining 63.8% is influenced by other factors outside the model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of Liquidity and Solvency on Profitability in Healthcare sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2020–2024 period. The independent variables in this study are Liquidity and Solvency, while the dependent variable is Profitability. The population in this study includes all healthcare companies listed on the IDX, where the sample was determined using a purposive sampling method to obtain 10 sample companies with a total of 50 observation data for 5 years. This study uses secondary data obtained from the company's annual financial report. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis processed using the SPSS program. Based on the results of the study, it is known that partially Liquidity has a positive and significant effect on Profitability. Conversely, Solvency has a negative and significant effect on Profitability. Simultaneously, the test results show that Liquidity and Solvency have a significant effect together on Profitability in Healthcare sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020–2024 period.

Abstract

Service quality is an important indicator in evaluating the success of public service delivery. The Department of Food Security, Agriculture, and Fisheries of Banjarmasin City is required to provide high-quality public services despite facing limitations in human resources across several work units. Nevertheless, the results of the 2025 Community Satisfaction Index (CSI) indicate that the quality of services provided falls within the good to very good category. This condition suggests that the organization has been able to manage its resources effectively through employee competency development and the implementation of New Public Management principles. This study aims to analyze the influence of training and New Public Management on service quality, both partially and simultaneously. This study employed a quantitative research approach involving 77 respondents selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires that had met the validity and reliability requirements. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The findings reveal that training has a positive and significant effect on service quality. Likewise, New Public Management also has a positive and significant effect on service quality. Simultaneously, both independent variables explain 80.4% of the variance in service quality, while the remaining 19.6% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. These findings indicate that continuous employee training and the effective implementation of New Public Management principles play a crucial role in improving the quality of public services
