Abstract

Abstract — Table manners are the basic rules that apply at the dining table. This rule is usually applied at formal banquets. This simple activity has a big impact on everyday life. This study aims to design and develop an application for learning about table manners to make it easier to learn the rules that need to be known in formal banquets, including etiquette before and during the process of eating food, as well as the use of cutlery. Augmented reality training method where all participants are given a lunch starting from appetizer, soup, main course to dessert. The research method used is the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) method. From the results obtained in this study is the arrangement of an Augmented Reality-based table manners learning application that can display information along with 3D objects and animations. Keywords — Augmented Reality, Table Manner, Multimedia Development Life Cycle, Smartphone.Abstrak — Table manners adalah aturan-aturan pokok yang berlaku di meja makan. Aturan ini biasanya diterapkan pada jamuan makan resmi. Kegiatan yang sederhana ini memiliki dampak besar bagu kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan suatu aplikasi pembelajaran tentang table manners untuk memudahkan dalam mempelajari aturan-aturan yang perlu diketahui dalam jamuan makan resmi, meliputi etika sebelum dan saat proses menyantap makanan, serta penggunaan alat-alat makan. Metode pelatihan augmented reality dimana seluruh partisipan diberikan jamuan makan siang mulai dari appetizer, soup, main course hingga dessert. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle). Dari hasil yang didapat dalam penelitian ini adalah tersusunnya suatu aplikasi pembelajaran table manners berbasis Augmented Reality yang dapat menampilkan informasi beserta objek dan animasi 3D.Kata kunci — Augmented Reality, Table Manner, Multimedia Development Life Cycle, Smartphone.

Abstract

Abstract —The rapid advancement of information technology has encouraged the adoption of web-based information systems across various sectors, including religious institutions, to support effective and efficient data management. GMIM Kristus Manado Church has implemented an Android-based information application (MyGKM); however, administrative data management is still partially handled manually, resulting in inefficiencies. This study aims to develop a web-based back-end system for the MyGKM application to improve the efficiency and accuracy of administrative data management. The Rapid Application Development (RAD) method was employed, consisting of requirement planning, system design, implementation, and testing phases. The system was developed using ReactJS for the user interface and Firebase as the database. The results indicate that the proposed system simplifies administrative tasks related to managing worship information and church news, and all system functionalities operated as expected based on black box testing results. Keywords— Admin; Back-end; Firebase; ReactJS; Web.   Abstrak —Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong pemanfaatan sistem informasi berbasis web pada berbagai sektor, termasuk bidang kerohanian, untuk mendukung pengelolaan data dan penyampaian informasi secara efektif dan efisien. Gereja GMIM Kristus Manado telah memiliki aplikasi informasi berbasis Android (MyGKM), namun proses pengelolaan data oleh admin masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga kurang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan web back-end pada aplikasi MyGKM guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan data oleh admin gereja. Metode yang digunakan adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD) dengan tahapan perencanaan kebutuhan, desain, implementasi, dan pengujian. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan ReactJS sebagai antarmuka pengguna dan Firebase sebagai basis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun mampu mempercepat proses pengelolaan berita dan informasi ibadah, serta seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan dengan baik berdasarkan hasil pengujian black box. Abstract

Information Technology (IT) governance plays a vital role in ensuring the alignment between IT services and institutional objectives. This study aims to evaluate the maturity level of IT governance at the Information and Communication Technology Support Unit (UPA-TIK) of Sam Ratulangi University using the ITIL 4 framework. The evaluation was conducted across 16 ITIL 4 management practices using a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys, qualitative interviews, and document validation. The findings indicate that 15 practices achieved Maturity Level 3 (Defined), while one practice, namely Continual Improvement, reached Level 4 (Managed). Gap analysis based on the Four Dimensions of Service Management revealed that the limited adoption of a centralized Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) system, reliance on informal communication channels such as WhatsApp for incident reporting, inconsistent operational documentation, and high dependency on vendors for hardware recovery are the primary factors hindering maturity improvement. Based on these findings, this study proposes a strategic implementation roadmap aligned with the five Digital Transformation Strategic Programs (PSTD) of Sam Ratulangi University for the 2024–2028 period. The study contributes by providing a more evidence-based foundation for strategic decision-making in IT governance and IT service management, thereby supporting service quality improvement and accelerating the university's digital transformation initiatives.
