Abstract

Pelayanan kefarmasian dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan mutu hidup dari pasien. Salah satu cara mengetahui kualitas pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek adalah dengan melakukan survey kepuasan terhadap pelanggan. Kualitas pelayanan berdasar pada lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan yaitu tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, empathy dan assurance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kualitas pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek Gelora Medika. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 101 responden, pria atau wanita, berusia 18 sampai 60 tahun dan membeli obat di apotek gelora medika pada bulan April dan mei 2022. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang telah dilakukan uji validitas dan reabilitas lalu dianalisa menggunakan statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan konsumen yang merasa puas sebanyak 79%; merasa sangat puas 13%; dan merasa cukup puas 8%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek Gelora Medika berjalan baik.

Abstract

Vitamin C products during the COVID-19 pandemic had a significant sales increase. Buying decisions not only influenced by products such as price and quality, but also influenced by factors that exist around consumers, for example culture, socio-economic, psychological personality. This study aims to determine the factors that influence buying decisions for vitamin C products during the COVID-19 pandemic. The survey was taken by non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique on male or female respondents who bought vitamin C products at pharmacies in Bogor district. Based on the results of SEM statistical analysis using Lisrel, it is known that price variables, quality variables, cultural variables, socio-economic variables and personal-psychological variables have a positive and significant effect on buying decision variables. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the most influential factors on buying decisions for vitamin C products were personal-psychological factors followed by socio-economic factors, cultural factors, quality factors and price factors.
