<![CDATA[High Alert drugs are drugs that must be watched out for because they often cause serious errors (Sentinel Events) and drugs that have a high risk of causing Unwanted Drug Reactions (ROTD). According to the Minister of Health No. 72 of 2016 concerning Service Standards in Hospitals, it is explained that high alert drugs must be stored separately from other drug storage and given special labeling. The purpose of this study was to determine the description and suitability of storing high alert drugs in the Pharmacy Installation of Leuwiliang Hospital. This research method is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection was carried out by direct observation using checklist sheets and questionnaires. The sample of this research is all drug items based on the list of High Alert drug classes in the Leuwiliang Regional General Hospital Policy. The results showed that the storage of high alert drugs and LASA drugs was in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures of Leuwiliang Hospital, with a 100% conformity percentage. For the level of knowledge of pharmacists, the score obtained is 96.7% which indicates that pharmacists have a good understanding of high alert drug storage. The conclusion of this study is that the High Alert drug storage in the Pharmacy Installation of Leuwiliang Hospital has been arranged alphabetically, and the understanding of the pharmacist at the Leuwiliang Hospital is good in storing High Alert drugs based on SPO in accordance with SNARS.]]>
