Abstract

The objective of the research is to describe how the contemplation of Sharia Law Compilation Economic (KHES) about purchase and sale of rubber latex in Petai Kayu village which had weight cutting unilateral. The type of the research is empirical juridical with empirical juridical and conceptual approach which is correlate the fact according to Sharia Law Compilation Economic. Collecting data method through interview to the farmer and purchaser of rubber latex. Data analyzed by editing and verification data from interview, classification to the information which had collected before. The verification doing to the result of interview which collected by tape recorder and then analyze the data with the regulation in Sharia Law Compilation Economic and then conclusion from the data which analyzed. Research finding in this research are (1) there are wood cutting unilateral by middleman in the purchase and sale of rubber latex because high level of liquid content in the rubber latex. wood cutting up to10%from the weight of rubber latex when its ponder able or 1kg up to 2kg even more. Farmers indisposed with the unilateral cutting. (2) The result of analyzing purchase and sale of rubber latex with weight cutting in Petai Kayu Village according to Sharia Law Compilation Economic still found an insatiable prerequirement so it can be regarded fasid.

Abstract

This study aims to determine community interest and factors that influence community interest in Rw 02 Nusa Indah, Ratu Agung District, Bengkulu City, this study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques collected in the form of words, pictures and not numbers by conducting interviews with several  entrepreneurs and communities around Nusa Indah, researchers took 8 respondents, 4 of whom were entrepreneurs in Nusa Indah and 4 were local communities by random sampling.  interested in using financing in Sharia Banking because in Syari'ah Banking it uses the principles of Islamic law, the public in using Islamic banking finance avoids usury and the public already knows information about Islamic banking.  Factors affecting the community In RW 02 Nusa Indah, Ratu Agung District, Bengkulu City, the community has knowledge of Islamic banking, the community has experience in borrowing from Islamic banks, the community has a social structure capable of using Islamic banking financing, and  people get socialization and information about sharia banking. Sharia banking is the right choice for people who want to avoid the sin of usury, for the sake of safety for the afterlife, not a few people who understand religion prefer to do sharia banking transactions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was describe the role of product quality in increasing the effectiveness of sales from an syariah economic perspective (a case study of the Nova rice store, Padang Tepong Village, Ulumusi District, Empat Lawang Regency). This research was a qualitative descriptive research that describes two aspects of the problem formulation, namely the role of product quality in increasing sales effectiveness and improving product quality in increasing sales effectiveness from a sharia economic perspective. Research data obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques were carried out in stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of the research showed that: (1) Based on the results of the research it covid be concluded that the role of product quality at the Nova rice store, Padang Tepong Village, Ulu Musi District, Empat Lawang Regencycovid increase the effectiveness of sales, this covid be seen from the number of buyers' interest and buyer satisfaction with the quality of the product (rice) in the Nova rice shop, (2) According to an Islamic Economic review, product quality at the Nova rice shop was in accordance with sharia values, maintaining product cleanliness and not selled products that has not been sold for a long time, so that product quality was maintained and of course making products marketed became superior products in accordance with the needs and desires of buyers.
