Abstract

The purpose of this research was describe the role of product quality in increasing the effectiveness of sales from an syariah economic perspective (a case study of the Nova rice store, Padang Tepong Village, Ulumusi District, Empat Lawang Regency). This research was a qualitative descriptive research that describes two aspects of the problem formulation, namely the role of product quality in increasing sales effectiveness and improving product quality in increasing sales effectiveness from a sharia economic perspective. Research data obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques were carried out in stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of the research showed that: (1) Based on the results of the research it covid be concluded that the role of product quality at the Nova rice store, Padang Tepong Village, Ulu Musi District, Empat Lawang Regencycovid increase the effectiveness of sales, this covid be seen from the number of buyers' interest and buyer satisfaction with the quality of the product (rice) in the Nova rice shop, (2) According to an Islamic Economic review, product quality at the Nova rice shop was in accordance with sharia values, maintaining product cleanliness and not selled products that has not been sold for a long time, so that product quality was maintained and of course making products marketed became superior products in accordance with the needs and desires of buyers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) sebagai alat pembayaran digital dalam meningkatkan usaha pada kelompok Zmart Reguler di Kota Bengkulu. QRIS merupakan sistem pembayaran berbasis kode QR yang dikembangkan oleh Bank Indonesia guna mendorong efisiensi transaksi dan inklusi keuangan digital di kalangan pelaku usaha, termasuk sektor usaha mikro. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap pelaku usaha Zmart serta pihak terkait lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan QRIS memberikan berbagai manfaat bagi pelaku usaha, antara lain kemudahan transaksi, pencatatan keuangan yang lebih rapi, serta peningkatan daya tarik usaha terhadap konsumen modern. Selain itu, penggunaan QRIS berkontribusi pada peningkatan omzet dan profesionalisme dalam pengelolaan usaha mikro. Namun demikian, masih terdapat kendala seperti rendahnya literasi digital, keterbatasan infrastruktur internet, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan teknologi. Dengan dukungan pelatihan berkelanjutan dan kolaborasi antara lembaga pemberdaya seperti BAZNAS, pemerintah daerah, dan penyedia layanan keuangan, hambatan-hambatan tersebut dapat diatasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa QRIS merupakan inovasi yang relevan dan potensial dalam mendukung transformasi digital UMKM, khususnya kelompok Zmart, serta mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif di Kota Bengkulu.

Abstract

This study highlights the importance of leadership effectiveness in Islamic education management with a focus on the influence of Islamic values and managerial capabilities. It was found that the application of Islamic principles such as honesty, justice and ihsan by leaders can create a positive and supportive learning environment. In addition, good communication skills and the ability to foster strong interpersonal relationships also play an important role in building trust and loyalty among staff and students. Meanwhile, managerial skills in strategic decision-making and resource management are key factors in achieving educational goals. The study underlines that support from various stakeholders also greatly influences leadership effectiveness. Thus, the success of Islamic education management depends on the synergy between the application of Islamic values and reliable managerial competencies and optimising the achievement of the vision and mission of Islamic education institutions. The implication of this research is the need for training and leadership capacity building for leaders of Islamic education institutions to face the challenges and dynamics of education in the modern era.
