Abstract

The strategy in entrepreneurship aims to empower society. If an entrepreneur can carry out an entrepreneurial strategy seriously, there is a big possibility that success can be achieved and can bringabout change for himself. This research uses a literature study approach, by utilizing library sources toobtain research data. This research aims to increase understanding in creating social entrepreneurshipstrategies to empower the community. Entrepreneurial strategies that can be used to empower communitiescan start from economic empowerment, in order to provide individuals, groups or communities with access,knowledge, skills and resources they need to improve and manage their economic situation effectively.Community social empowerment , to emphasize that people have the capacity and potential to take controlof their own lives and play an active role in making decisions that will affect their lives. and communitycultural empowerment. This is an approach that seeks to strengthen, preserve and enhance the culturalheritage, traditions, language, arts and cultural values of a group or community. Apart from appropriatestrategies for empowering society, entrepreneurship principles are also needed..

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology (ICT) has increased the risk of cybercrime in Indonesia. Law enforcement against this crime faces various obstacles and challenges, both in terms of regulations, the capacity of law enforcement officials, and public awareness. This study aims to analyze the obstacles and challenges in law enforcement against violent crime in Indonesia and provide recommendations to improve its effectiveness. Through a qualitative approach with a case study method, this study uses primary data from interviews with law enforcement officials, academics, and cybersecurity practitioners, as well as secondary data from laws and regulations and related reports. The results of the study show that existing regulations, such as the Electronic Information and Transaction Law (ITE Law), still have weaknesses in accommodating the development of cybercrime. In addition, limited human and technological resources in law enforcement institutions, as well as low public awareness of cybersecurity, also hinder the effectiveness of law enforcement. To address these challenges, the study recommends more adaptive regulatory revisions, capacity building of law enforcement officials through more advanced training and technology, and public education campaigns to increase public awareness of cybersecurity. In addition, international cooperation needs to be strengthened to deal with transboundary crimes.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate and explore the self-confidence and adjustment of students from rural areas. Rural areas differ significantly from urban areas in terms of social, economic, and educational aspects. Students from rural areas often face challenges in adapting to new environments, such as higher education settings in urban areas. This study utilizes a quantitative research method by collecting data through questionnaires. The research sample consists of students from rural areas who are pursuing higher education at universities in the city of Palembang. This study makes an important contribution to understanding the factors that influence the adjustment of students from rural areas. The findings of this research can serve as a reference for educational institutions to develop supportive programs aimed at enhancing the self-confidence of students, especially those who experience a transition from rural to urban environments. By making efforts to improve self-confidence, it is expected that students can more easily adapt and overcome challenges in the new academic and social environment.
