Abstract

Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU) dan Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) adalah dua jenis Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) yang dirancang untuk mengatasi masalah vanishing gradient pada RNN tradisional. Secara umum, baik GRU maupun LSTM dapat digunakan dalam pemrosesan Natural Language Processing (NLP) seperti pengenalan ucapan hingga deteksi suara, terjemahan mesin, dan generasi teks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan penyakit pernapasan berdasarkan suara pasien menggunakan gabungan GRU dan LSTM. Model GRU dilatih dengan 50 epoch menggunakan dataset suara pasien yang dikumpulkan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan akurasi training sebesar 75% dan training validation 73%, dengan precision, recall, dan f1-score yang bervariasi untuk setiap jenis penyakit pernapasan dengan relevansi terhadap f1-score dan nilai support. Penelitian ini menggambarkan potensi penggunaan metode klasifikasi suara dalam diagnosis penyakit pernapasan. Meskipun demikian, perlu dilakukan penyesuaian parameter dan peningkatan jumlah data pelatihan untuk meningkatkan performa model. Dengan konvergensi yang baik pada epoch 50, hasil ini menunjukkan kemampuan model dalam mengklasifikasikan penyakit pernapasan berdasarkan suara pasien. Namun, validasi dan pengujian lebih lanjut pada dataset yang lebih besar diperlukan untuk menguji keandalan dan generalisasi model secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan alat bantu diagnostik non-invasif untuk penyakit pernapasan berdasarkan analisis suara pasien. Penelitian ini memberikan bukti awal tentang potensi metode klasifikasi suara dalam diagnosis penyakit pernapasan. Namun, penyesuaian parameter dan peningkatan jumlah data pelatihan perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan performa model secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

The public service emphasizes cross-generational collaboration in Sukowilangun Village. The main aim to elevate cultural rituals in the form of birth, marriage and death rituals and “Jaranan” to become cultural heritage. One of the activities undertaken was pavilion flooring and the addition of important facilities has improved the quality of cultural workshops, increasing engagement, especially among the younger generation. In addition, documentation of cultural activities, such as the “Jaranan Turonggo Setyo Budoyo” dance, provides valuable insight into the community's cultural heritage, while emphasizing their commitment to preservation. The creation of a video documenting the project process showcases intergenerational collaboration and innovation, emphasizing the importance of upholding ancestral cultural values in society. Overall, this initiative not only preserves the local wisdom but also fosters unity and continuity. This underlines the potential of technology and collaboration in safeguarding cultural heritage and passing it on to future generations. The recommendation is to maintain a social media presence to increase external community awareness of the cultural product. Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengangkat kualitas tarian budaya jaranan yang ada di Desa Sukowilangun Kabupaten Malang menjadi bagian ikon budaya. Kegiatan ini merepresentasikan Sukowilangun menjadi desa cagar budaya. Kedala dalam pengabdian ini meliputi partisipasi aktif dan kesadaran masyarakat sekitar untuk memiliki budaya Jaranan dan sarah sehan budaya. Tantangan ini menjadi mudah saat pengabdi dan mitra berkolaborasi dengan stakeholder setempat. Metode yang dilakukan meliputi: observasi, pebdidikan masyarakat, pelatihan, praktik dan simulasi, serta melakukan evaluasi dan monitorting terhadap hasil yang direncanakan. Pada pengabdian ini komunitas jaranan di Desa Sukowilangun berhasil dilibatkan secaa berkala dalam kegiatan sarah sehan yang dilakukan mitra yakni Komunitas Budaya Petrabaja. Komunitas yang awalnya beranggotakan 9 orang dari generasi tua, sekarang menjadi beranggitakan 23 dan banyak diikuti oleh generasi muda. Kegiatan jaranan ini diangkat dalam bentuk video dokumenter dan dipublikasikan sebagai bagian dari cagar budaya dari desa Sukowilangun berdasarkan atas kearifan lokal.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and implement the utilization of Content Delivery Networks (CDN) and cloud computing services in web applications using Nginx Proxy Manager and Docker containers. This research uses experimental methods and case studies to analyze the performance of web applications before and after using CDN services and implementing the application in a cloud computing environment using Docker containers. Next, Nginx Proxy Manager is used to provide a user-friendly interface for configuring and managing Nginx proxy servers. Docker containers are used to manage web applications and proxy servers.  In the CDN and cloud computing environment, Cloudflare & Google Cloud Platform will be used as service providers. The results of this research indicate a significant improvement in the security and reliability of web applications after implementing CDN services and adopting a cloud computing environment. Additionally, this research provides insight into how to use Nginx Proxy Manager and Docker container to manage web applications efficiently and effectively in a cloud computing environment.

lembaga pemerintahan yang berkaitan dengan pelayanan dan administrasi. Salah satu kegiatan administrasi dalam KPU berhubungan dengan pengelolaan surat. Alur pengarsipan surat pada KPU Kota Malang masih menggunakan cara manual sehingga ditemukan permasalahan seperti memerlukan banyak waktu untuk mencari data file surat, penyimpanan file arsip surat tidak teratur, dan beberapa data file surat yang dicari sulit ditemukan atau hilang. Langkah-langkah yang digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah dan mulai dari identifikasi masalah hingga kesimpulan dalam pengembangan sistem informasi pengarsipan surat KPU Kota Malang menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem Extreme Programming (XP). Kemudian Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan blackbox testing dan untuk segi kepuasan pengguna menggunakan test UAT. Hasil penelitian berupa sistem informasi manajemen berbasis web untuk pengarsipan surat pada KPU Kota Malang yang dapat membantu meningkatkan kinerja pegawai bagian pengurusan surat dan membantu mempermudah penyimpanan arsip surat sehingga proses menjadi lebih efektif juga efisien. Abstract

Kubernetes has become the dominant container orchestration platform in production environments, with the ingress controller playing a critical role in managing external traffic to services within the cluster. This study aims to provide recommendations for optimal load balancing algorithms for Kubernetes production environments by analyzing and comparing the performance of four algorithms namely round robin, static-rr, least connection, and random on the HAProxy ingress controller. The research method is conducted through observation using k6 and Grafana performance test tools, as well as literature studies, with measurements including total requests, throughput, latency, CPU usage, and memory at various levels of user load. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques, normality test, homogeneity test, and tests for group differences using one-way ANOVA or Kruskal-Wallis H. The results show that static-rr excels in throughput, total requests, and CPU and memory efficiency at high load, while least connection is more effective for latency at low load. Round robin and random showed stable performance at low load but less optimal at high load. The conclusion of this study is that choosing the right load balancing algorithm depends on the load characteristics and desired performance metrics, to ensure optimal Kubernetes performance under various load scenarios in production environments.

Abstract

Cybersecurity is becoming an increasingly important matter as technology develops and threats against web-based applications grow. This research aims to examine how well Cloudflare, Docker, and Nginx Proxy Manager work, both alone and together, when used as an extra security measure to improve web application safety against these various threats. The study employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental method with a posttest-only control group design. In this research, the control group consisted of a system without any additional security layers; this served as the starting point for measuring the system's security level. The experimental groups were divided into three types: a system using only Cloudflare, a system using only Docker and Nginx Proxy Manager, and a system using a combination of all three technologies. Testing involved several kinds of attacks, such as DDoS, brute force attacks, XSS, and SQL injections, utilizing tools like Slowhttptest, Burp Suite, XSSer, and SQL Map. The test results were assessed using descriptive analysis for categorical data and statistical methods for numerical data, specifically applying the One Way Anova or Kruskal Wallis tests, along with post-hoc follow-up tests. The findings from the study demonstrate that the system using the combination of Cloudflare, Docker, and Nginx Proxy Manager offered the most effective safety, reducing the number of successful attacks by up to 52% for DDoS, 69% for brute force attacks, 75% for XSS, and 100% for SQL injection. These results show a notable improvement compared to a standard system or systems using these security technologies individually.

Abstract

Containerization enables isolation within a host, with Docker being a popular tool for packaging applications and their dependencies in container images. However, challenges like slow build processes and bloated image sizes can consume resources, slow down builds, and pose security risks. This study optimizes Docker images by combining the Alpine base image with multi-stage builds, analyzing size, build speed, and security across different combinations and environments to identify and propose the most efficient combination solution. The approach used is a quantitative quasi-experiment with a within-subject design. The sample used was a JavaScript framework, with the main experimental group being the combination of Alpine and multi-stage builds, while the comparison group included combinations of Node and Node-Alpine, both in single-stage and multi-stage configurations, as well as single-stage Alpine. Data was obtained from CI/CD, container registry, and Trivy reports. Analyzed by descriptive analysis, One-Way ANOVA or Kruskal Wallis test, and post-hoc test. The results show that combining multi-stage builds with Alpine is considered best practice because it produces the smallest image size, reducing it by up to 94% compared to single-stage Node. It also achieves the shortest build times across all environments and presents low vulnerability issues. However, it is important to note that while the Alpine multi-stage combination offers the most efficient build times, it experiences a 1.3x increase in duration in low-spec environments.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the usability and User Experience (UX) on the E-Learning.net website with three aspects, namely general usability, pedagogical usability and user experience. This study uses the TUXEL method, a method used to evaluate usability and user experience in e-learning using three questionnaires, namely the problem reporting table, general LMS evaluation checklist and user experience evaluation. Data collection through validated questionnaires was then distributed to respondents by taking samples using non-probability sampling techniques. The sample used was obtained from a study of students at SMK N 12 Malang with a sample size of 10 students with characteristics of having knowledge about e-learning. The data obtained were analyzed using the descriptive analysis method. The evaluation results obtained from the three questionnaires, namely the problem reporting table, found 14 problems from the four variables, namely login, general interface, assignments and assessments. In the General LMS evaluation checklist, 18 problems were found from the four variables, namely Help and Documentation, LMS Learnability, Learning Through the LMS and LMS Flexibility. In the User Experience Evaluation, a positive mean value was obtained. The E-Learning website excels in the dimensions of support, innovation, creativity and motivation. E-Learning.net is suitable for use in independent learning.
