Abstract

Stabilitas perputaran ekonomi dalam menjalankan bisnis merupakan cara untuk mencapai kesejahteraan.  Bisnis yang dikelola oleh sumber daya manusia (pengelola) yang unggul dan berkualitas akan mampu bersaing dengan para kompetitornya dan tentunya akan memperoleh keuntungan yang mampu menyokong perekonomian dan mempercepat pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Rendahnya motivasi dan tingkat literasi tentang konsep koperasi dan umkm; modal sosial dalam pengelolaan koperasi dan umkm; pengelolaan koperasi dan umkm menuju kewirausahaan; strategi pengembangan koperasi dan umkm berorientasi bisnis menjadi alasan perlunya digarap program pengabdian pada masyarakat guna meningkatkan pengetahuan, wawasan dan pemahaman serta kesadaran peserta. Metode kegiatan ini adalah pendidikan masyarakat (penyuluhan) dan pelatihan dengan teknik ceramah dan diskusi dengan bentuk kegiatan penyampaian materi (berupa modul cetak, slide presentasi dan video edukasi), praktek dan tugas mandiri.  Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini berhasil berdasarkan kehadiran peserta, perbandingan hasil evaluasi awal dan evaluasi akhir yang telah dinilai (artinya kompetensi peserta yang merupakan pengelola koperasi dan UMKM meningkat), antusiasme dalam menerima materi, terjadinya interaksi yang hangat dalam diskusi.

Abstract

The research aims to see the influence of leadership and culture on the performance of regional government officials in the regional secretariat of Musi Banyuasin Regency. The results of the research show that the performance of the apparatus at the Regional Secretariat of Musi Banyuasin Regency is seen from the aspect of effectiveness, namely understanding the tasks given to employees, the level of quality of service provided by the apparatus to the service user community as well as the relevance of activity programs implemented in the organization and also cultural factors and The leadership shown by leaders to employees through attitude and example as well as a high work ethic can influence the behavior of officers and provide motivation in order to provide services to the service user community to achieve the vision and mission of the Regional Secretariat of Musi Banyuasin Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to research about of the 2020-2022 Budget as well as the Analysis of the Budget Realization Report and the 2020-2022 Budget Remaining Balance (SiLPA) and to analyze the treatment of the Remaining Budget Calculation (SiLPA) as well as the Realization of the 2020 to 2022 Budget. This research used a qualitative descriptive method. and was carried out at the Bailangu Timur Village, Sekayu District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. Research data sources in the study used were secondary data. Data collection techniques used in this research were documentation studies, interviews, and literature studies. The results of this study indicated that the Village Fund managed by Bailangu Timur Village, Sekayu District, was a fund sourced from the State Budget (APBN) which was transferred through the APBD (Regional Expenditure Budget), namely In 2020 the budget was Rp. 1,424,279,000, -, in 2021 Budget was Rp. 1,375,607,000, -, and in 2022 the budget was Rp. 1,319,080,000.-. and based on the realization from Bailangu Timur Village in 2020 to 2022 each had a Remaining Budget Calculation (SiLPA) which had been re-budgeted with the same or different activities in that period.
