Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi saat ini terjadi beberapa proses, seperti halnya komunikasi yang mulai dari komunikasi tradisional sampai menjadi teknologi digital . Seperti halnya menyampaikan pesan pada saat ini memiliki kecenderungan ke arah digitalisasi dengan berbagai platform yang tersedia. Karena kemudahan internet yang diakses cukup mudah dan luas, bahkan pihak korporasi juga memiliki peran besar dalam menggerakan produk perusahaannya dengan memanfaatkan media digital dengan membentuk sebuah jaringan. Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskrptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teori jaringan aktor Bruno Latour sebagai analisa hasil temuan. Dalam proses terbentuknya citra perusahaan ditemukan integrasi antara aktan, aktor dan sub aktor didalamnya. Admin sebagai aktan tidak akan mampu menaikan citra perusahaan tanpa melibatkan unsur elemen entitas non manusia. Aktor non manusia ini memberikan akses berintegrasi dalam menyebarkan citra PT. Jinan Nuasantarafood Group meskipun dalam kategori sub aktor. Karena beberapa unsur tersebut selalu berevolusi membentuk sistem yang saling berintegrasi.

Abstract

This literature review explores the dynamic relationship between local culture and Islamic pedagogy, focusing on nurturing identity by integrating local heritage into educational practices. Recognizing the pivotal role of cultural synthesis, the review spans historical perspectives, theoretical foundations, empirical studies, and pedagogical approaches. Key findings underscore the enriching impact of incorporating local cultural elements in Islamic education, fostering a more engaging and relevant learning environment. The synthesis reveals common themes, such as the adaptability of Islamic education to diverse cultural contexts and the symbiotic relationship between Islamic principles and local cultural elements. The discussion explores implications for practice and research, emphasizing the significance of cultural diversity in shaping effective Islamic education. Recommendations include promoting cultural competence among educators, integrating local culture into curriculum design, and fostering dynamic, inclusive pedagogical approaches.

Abstract

Values  education          is            essentially          humanizing       humans,              forming              a generation of people who are superior and have humanist, intellectual and spiritual personalities. In reality, now education cannot maximize its role in shaping students' values, the negative influence of the environment and the progress of globalization have also shifted the level of students' values from time after time so that moral degradation becomes increasingly unstoppable, a social disease that increasingly colors the world of education and the scope of society. Learning Islamic Religious Education can be interpreted as an effort to make students able to learn, encouraged to learn, willing to learn and interested in continuing to study Islam as a whole which results in several relatively permanent changes in a person's behavior both cognitively, effectively and psychomotorically. The approaches to values education as a learning framework are the values instillation approach, the cognitive moral development approach, the values analysis approach, the values classification approach, and the learning to do approach. This value education approach can be said to be a very appropriate approach in implementing education (PAI learning). One reason is related to the aim of education regarding instilling certain values in students.
