Abstract

The recapitulation of the divorce rate in Banyuwangi District in recent years shows a significant trend, with the number of cases being quite high. In an effort to reduce the divorce rate, the government has initiated the Blessing Program. However, this research found that the program had not achieved overall effectiveness. The concept of the Berkah program is considered to be in accordance with the legal structure, although there are several obstacles in coordinating with sub-districts and determining the marriage age below 10 years. On the other hand, program participants showed enthusiasm and good understanding of the program objectives. The implementation of the Berkah program is generally in line with the theory and guidelines of the Director General of BIMAS Islam, although there are difficulties in coordinating with sub-districts and in selecting places and participant criteria. The impact of the Berkah program includes a significant reduction in the divorce rate, as well as promoting cooperation between the KUA and sub-districts and clarifying the rights and obligations of program participants.

Abstract

Motivation is important thing to be considered leader. If they want every employee be able make positive contribution to achievement of an institution, because with motivation, employee will have high enthusiasm in carrying out the tasks assigned to him. If he does not have motivation to work, the results will not be effective and also satisfying. focus of problems :1)What is Leadership Strategy of Head KUA in Improving Employee Work Motivation in the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) of Siliragung District?.2)How is strategy of the Head KUA in overcoming the Supporting and Inhibiting Factors in Increasing Employee Work Motivation in Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) Siliragung District? The aims of this study were:1)To determine leadership strategy of Head KUA in Improving Work Motivation of Employees at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) Siliragung District.2)To find out the strategy the Supporting Factors and Inhibiting Factors of Head KUA in Improving Employee Work Motivation at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) Siliragung District.The type of research used is field research, which can also be referred to as method for collecting qualitative data. This study uses descriptive taxonomy, The data used in-depth interviews, participatory observation,and documentation.The results this study include: 1)The strategy of the head KUA in increasing employee motivation in KUA Siliragung District is recognizing personal well, recognizing employee performance, being open to employees, and providing sense of security. 2)strategy of the head KUA in overcoming the supporting and inhibiting factors is providing assistance always providing motivation and approach to personal employees.

Abstract

The point of this problem is the communication strategy of Islamic religious educators in maintaining religious tolerance in Tempurejo District, Jember Regency, because Islam teaches its people through teachings brought by the Prophet Muhammad regarding the importance of maintaining unity and harmony, both inside and outside Muslims. The focus of this research is as follows: 1) How is the Communication Strategy of Islamic Religious Counselors in Maintaining Religious Tolerance in Tempurejo District? 2) What are the inhibiting and supporting factors of the Communication Strategy of Islamic Religious Counselors in Maintaining Religious Tolerance in Tempurejo District? 3) What is the Communication Strategy of Islamic Religious Counselors in anticipating conflicts between religious communities in the Tempurejo District? The objectives of this study are: 1) Islamic Religious Counselors in fostering Islamic society the importance of maintaining tolerance between religious communities in Tempurejo District, Jember Regency. 2) What are the inhibiting and supporting factors for the communication strategy of Islamic Religious Counselors in fostering Islamic society, the importance of maintaining tolerance between religious communities in Tempurejo District, Jember Regency. From the results of this study, several conclusions can be drawn from the communication strategy efforts carried out by Islamic Religious Counselors in carrying out activities for fostering religious harmony in Tempurejo District, among others: Islamic Religious Counselors use communication in planning da'wah communication strategy activities in spreading tolerance and implications for Extension workers and the government of the Tempurejo District created an institution for religious harmony, because the institution could be used as a place to create and maintain religious harmony in the Tempurejo District.
