Abstract

Currently, students are expected to have the ability to solve environmental problems, especially in everyday life, which is known as pro-environmental behavior or action. One strategy in teaching students' problem-solving skills is to increase pro-environmental behavior. This study aims to obtain empirical data or facts that are actually true and reliable regarding the relationship between school culture and pro environmental behavior in students. This research is motivated by the existence of a school culture that is useful for strengthening pro environmental behavior for students. The method used in this research is quantitative method with correlational research design. The sample in this study amounted to 30 students on the grounds that the distribution of values would be closer to the normal curve. The results of the study have a positive correlation level of .976 with very strong correlation results. Thus, the conclusion of this study is that there is a significant relationship between school culture and pro environmental behavior with a positive correlation. The implication of this study is that it can be used as a reference material in developing school culture to improve pro environmental behavior.

Abstract

Background on school culture is one factor that influences students to increase learning motivation. A healthy school culture provides opportunities for school members to function optimally, work efficiently, be full of vitality, have high spirits, and be able to continue to grow. This study aims to collect empirical evidence or facts about the influence of school culture on student learning motivation by looking at the influence between school culture and student learning motivation. This research methodology uses a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. Because the data distribution is close to the normal curve, the sample of this study consists of 100 students. The results showed a significant relationship with a positive correlation of 0.512. This study concludes that school culture and student learning motivation have a significant positive relationship. The contribution of this study is that it can be used as a resource to help create an educational climate that is more aware of the importance of education.

Abstract

Background reading culture is among the elements that encourage pupils to learn more motivation. Reading culture encourages individuals to seek knowledge, increase understanding, and broaden their horizons through various reading sources. The purpose of this study is to examine the connections between reading culture and student learning motivation to gather empirical data or facts about these relationships. This research methodology employs a correlational study design and a quantitative approach. Eighty students comprise the study's sample because the data distribution is near the normal curve. A positive correlation of 0.851 indicated a significant association in the data. According to the results, there is a strong and positive correlation between student learning motivation and reading culture. The research contributes to understanding how literacy practices can drive learning engagement, offering valuable insights for educators, policymakers, and parents to design more effective literacy programs to improve student motivation and educational outcomes in the region.
