Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of celebrity worship on impulsive buying in late teens of K-pop fans in the city of Bandung. Respondents in this study amounted to 150 people with the criteria of late adolescence, namely aged 18-22 years, are fans of K-pop, and domiciled in the city of Bandung. The research method used is quantitative research with a regression approach. Sampling technique using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling type, data collection method using a questionnaire in the form of google form by using two measuring instruments, namely celebrity worship and impulsive buying. The data analysis technique in this study uses simple regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, the significance level is 0,000 with an R square value of 0,518. This shows that celebrity worship has a significant positive effect on impulsive buying in late teens of K-pop fans in Bandung, so it can be interpreted that the higher celebrity worship, the higher the impulsive buying.

Abstract

Impulsive buying is a topic that is deeply embedded in consumer behavior, both globally and in Indonesia itself. The topic of impulsive buying has been discussed for more than half a century. This article aims to find out the development of research on Impulsive buying in the last ten years, especially in the digital and social media era. This research is a Systematic Literature Review Research with a literature collection process assisted by the Harzing's Publish or Perish application. The results of this Systematic Literature Review found that research on impulsive buying has not had much meaningful updates in the last ten years, generally still focusing on physical products, not much has been researched on service products and experiences. Apart from that, the digital field is still very limited to E-Commerce in general. For Indonesia itself, it may be necessary to carry out a specific analysis on certain very unique E-commerce such as GoFood, or other service products that are digital but non-E-Commerce. The products studied were also dominated by hedonic products such as fashion, make-up and others. Not many have researched products that are actually utilitarian in nature but can lead to impulsive buying, such as baby equipment, exam equipment, or other things that are purchased for utilitarian purposes but on an impulse basis.

Abstract

Continuous development in the organization plays a very important role in achieving long-term success. In a business world that continues to grow and change rapidly, organizations are required to be able to keep abreast of technological developments, industry trends and market needs. Without efforts to continuously develop and adapt, organizations can be left behind and lose competitiveness. So it can be concluded that organizations that are unable to adapt to change will be left behind in the competition. Therefore, it is very important for companies to improve their individual competence. One way to improve competence in individuals can be done by developing psychological capital in individuals. By developing psychological capital (psycap) in individuals, organizations can create conditions that support their development. Psycap is still very relevant to be discussed. So, the purpose of this systematic literature review is to find out how the theory and findings of psycap have developed in the last ten years. Psycap plays an important role in organizational development, individual health and academic performance. A high psycap tends to indicate higher levels of job involvement, higher job satisfaction, and stronger commitment to the organization. Psycap also acts as a mediator in the relationship between factors such as leadership, organizational justice, and psychological empowerment and desired outcomes. In addition, psycap can also moderate the negative effects of stressors and challenges on boredom at work. It is important for organizations to develop strategies that strengthen individual psycaps, through the development of new products and services, renewal of business processes, and improvement of individual competencies, to achieve long-term success and maintain competitiveness.

Abstract

Research on work passion has become an interesting topic in the development of science, especially in the field of organization. Work passion refers to the high level of passion and enthusiasm that individuals feel towards their work. This concept involves feelings of enthusiasm, deep involvement, and strong commitment to the task at hand. In this study, attention is paid to how work passion influences individual behavior at work, job performance, job satisfaction, motivation, innovation, and career development. The study of work passion has provided valuable insight into the importance of this psychological factor in creating a productive and fulfilling work environment, as well as providing a solid basis for developing an effective human resource management strategy. the discussion on Work Passion is still very relevant to be discussed. So in the end the purpose of this Systematic Literature Review is to find out how the theory and findings of Work Passion have developed in the last ten years, especially in the organizational and medical fields. Work passion plays an important role in the development of science, especially in the field of organization. The concept of work passion refers to the high level of passion or enthusiasm that a person feels towards his work. Work passion involves feelings of enthusiasm, deep involvement, and a strong commitment to the task at hand. Individuals who have high work passion tend to exhibit innovative behavior, have high motivation and morale, achieve good performance, have more successful careers, experience high job satisfaction, and provide a more cheerful atmosphere at work. In order to create a work environment that supports work passion, it is important for organizations to pay attention to and manage the factors that affect the level of passion and employee morale. By creating harmonious working conditions, reducing conflict, paying attention to job demands, and managing stress levels, organizations can encourage high levels of work passion among their employees. Abstract

Generasi Z saat in imerupakan generasi yang sebagian besar sedang mengisi bangku pendidikan. Perbedaan karakter generasi Z dengan generasi sebelumnya menuntut kita sebagai pendidik untuk dapat beradaptasi menyesuaikan cara kita mengajar dengan siswa yang menjadi sasaran ajar kita. Secara dasar pedagogika, teknik-teknik lama harus tetap diaplikasikan tapi diperlukan suplemen-suplemen khusus yang menjadi nilai plus dan pembeda dalam mengajar siswa dari generasi Z. Generasi Z merupakan generasi yang sangat akrab dengan teknologi, internet dan smartphone. Karakteristik dari generasi Z ini harus dimanfaatkan sebagai cara untuk lebih efektif dalam mendidik generasi Z, bukan sebagai hambatan dalam mendidik generasi Z. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode studi literature, untuk membahas karakteristik dari generasi Z yang selanjutnya akan dihubungkan dengan bagaimana kita sebagai pendidik untuk memiliki teknik yang tepat dalam mendidik generasi z, dengan mengandalkan karakteristik mereka yang mungkin berbeda dengan generasi-generasi sebelumnya. Paper ini juga digunakan sebagai insight bagi para pendidik, bahwa tantangan dalam mendidik itu ada pada pendidik untuk beradaptasi, dan selanjutnya dapat digunakan sebagai pendahuluan dalam penelitian yang sifatnya lebih kuantitatif dalam menentukan teknik mengajar siswa dari generasi z secara lebih efektif.

Abstract

Start-up businesses are growing rapidly because Indonesia is a potential market for business people with a high productive age. Employee engagement is important to be able to adapt to various challenges. Engaged employees will respond according to the needs of the organization. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of employee engagement on workforce agility in start-up employees in Indonesia. The method used in this research is quantitative with simple regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, it shows that the p-value is smaller than 5% error (p<0.05), so H1 is accepted. The conclusion is that the employee engagement variable has a significant influence on workforce agility with a value of Fcount 118.768 > Ftable 3.398, meaning that employee engagement has a significant influence on workforce agility. The results of this research employee engagement contributes to workforce agility, can improve employee performance, improve the work environment, improve employee welfare, increase start-up competitiveness, increase employee loyalty and become the basis for developing organizational policies and programs.

Abstract

Mahasiswa untuk mandiri sangat diperlukan rasa untuk selalu berenergi dan termotivasi untuk selalu berkembang dan belajar hal baru. Sebagai mahasiswa, bekerja serupa dengan bekerja, dimana setiap individu bisa memiliki performance yang berbeda tergantung dari individu tersebut, apakah bisa bekerja dengan baik atau tidak. Dalam Psikologi Industri dan Organisasi memiliki energy dan learning dalam bekerja disebut sebagai Thriving at Work, Thriving at Work dapat dimunculkan dengan Psychological Capital dimana seseorang akan memiliki Hope, Efficacy, Ressiliency, dan Optimism. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 85 Mahasiswa di Kota Bandung dengan metode korelasi. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Thriving at Work pada mahasiswa memang memiliki hubungan dengan Psychological Capital,sehingga semakin tinggi Psychological Capital, semakin tinggi juga Thriving at Work. Dimensi Learning ditemukan memiliki hubungan yang paling kuat dengan Thriving at Work, karena proses learning pasti memerlukan adanya hope, efficacy, resiliency, dan optimism. Sedangkan apabila dilihat pada perbedaan antara jenis kelamin, jenis kelamin laki-laki ditemukan memiliki hubungan yang lebih signifikan dibandingkan perempuan. Dengan begitu laki-laki yang memiliki Psychological Capital yang tinggi, akan memiliki Thriving at Work yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan perempuan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi hubungan antara psychological capital dengan happiness pada mahasiswa. Psychological capital terdiri dari empat dimensi utama, yaitu self-efficacy, optimism, hope, dan resilience yang merupakan faktor-faktor penting dalam psikologi positif. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 86 orang mahasiswa dari berbagai program studi yang dipilih secara acak di salah satu universitas swasta di Kota Bandung. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan CPC-12 untuk mengukur psychological capital sedangkan happiness menggunakan instumrn HAW. Kedua instrumen telah melalui proses validasi dan estimasi reliabilitas. Hasil analisis korelasi pearson product moment menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara psychological capital dan kebahagiaan pada mahasiswa. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa yang memiliki kadar psychological capital yang tinggi cenderung memiliki tingkat kebahagiaan yang lebih tinggi. Penemuan ini memiliki implikasi penting dalam pengembangan program-program pendidikan dan pembinaan yang dapat meningkatkan psychological capital mahasiswa guna meningkatkan tingkat kebahagiaan mereka.
