Abstract

The increase and decrease in the number of tourist visits is caused by varying levels of satisfaction. Factors that affect tourist satisfaction are attractions, amenities, and accessibility. This study aims to determine the overall level of tourist satisfaction based on attractions, amenity, and accessibility at Telaga Menjer, to determine the level of conformity of expectations and reality in tourists, and to determine the attributes expected by Telaga Menjer tourists. Survey, quantitative is the research method used in this study. Sources of data collection in this study used primary sources in the form of questionnaires and secondary sources such as journals, books, and related articles. In this study, data analysis was carried out using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of this study indicate that the overall level of tourist satisfaction based on attractions, amenities, and accessibility is included in the satisfied category with the results of the CSI value of 77.25%. The results of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) show that the average value of the level of conformity (Tki) is 87.22%, which means that the level of conformity is good because it is close to 100%. The results of the IPA are also used to map the Cartesian diagram. The Cartesian diagram shows that the attributes that are highly expected by tourists but have unsatisfactory reality / performance are in quadrant A, namely road signs / instructions, safety signs, road conditions, and transportation access. Referring to the research findings, the advice that can be given is that Telaga Menjer should prioritize improvements to attributes that have high expectation values but low reality or performance values

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of amenities and accessibility on tourist satisfaction at Melasti Beach, Bali. Amenities and accessibility are considered essential factors affecting tourist experiences. A quantitative approach with a survey method was employed, with data collected through questionnaires from 100 respondents. Validity and reliability tests ensured the quality of the research instruments, while multiple linear regression analysis was used to assess the influence of these variables. The results show that both amenities and accessibility have a positive and significant impact on tourist satisfaction, accounting for 61.9% of the variation in tourist satisfaction, while the remaining 38.1% is influenced by other factors. These findings highlight the importance of improving facilities and access to Melasti Beach to enhance visitor satisfaction and provide insights for tourism managers in developing facilities and infrastructure at marine tourism destinations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of multi-stakeholder collaboration on the resilience of tourism activities and to examine the mediating role of sustainable tourism management within a community-based tourism village context. A quantitative explanatory research design was employed, using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The research was conducted in Nglanggeran Tourism Village, Special Region of Yogyakarta, Indonesia, with data collection carried out in 2025. A total of 90 respondents were selected through purposive sampling based on their active involvement in village tourism activities. The three main constructs, namely multi-stakeholder collaboration, sustainable tourism management, and tourism activity resilience, were measured using a 5-point Likert scale instrument. PLS-SEM analysis was employed to evaluate the measurement and structural models, encompassing assessments of validity, reliability, R², Q², and hypothesis testing via bootstrapping. Findings indicate that multi-stakeholder collaboration has a positive and significant effect on both sustainable tourism management and tourism activity resilience. Sustainable tourism management also shows a positive and considerable influence on tourism activity resilience. Furthermore, a partial mediation effect was identified, wherein sustainable tourism management strengthens the impact of multi-stakeholder collaboration on the strength of tourism activities. Structured and inclusive multi-stakeholder collaboration, when integrated with sustainable tourism management practices, enhances the resilience of tourism activities in community-based destinations. These results underscore the crucial importance of collaborative governance and sustainable management practices in fostering destination sustainability and resilience.
