Abstract

This research objectives to knot the effect of motivation and morale and welfare of the implications on performance. This study using path analysis (path analysis) and testing using F test and t test. Research shows that motivation in the high category, well-being of employees included in the category of very high morale of employees included in the high category and performance of employees included in the high category. Overall it can be concluded there is a motivational effect on morale, there is the effect of welfare on morale, there is the influence the morale of the performance there are significant simultaneously motivation and well-being against the spirit of the work, there is the effect of simultaneous motivation and well-being against the spirit of the work and its implications for performance.

Abstract

The entrepreneurial world has entered the digital era, prompting MSMEs to embrace the digital realm. With 37 million female entrepreneurs in Indonesia, most of whom operate micro-businesses, there is a pressing need for special attention to be given to digital literacy and skills. This is crucial for enhancing business performance by leveraging their potential through digital skills and knowledge. This has been evidenced by research involving 72 female entrepreneurs who own MSMEs in Purbalingga Regency. The study utilized a quantitative approach with Regression Analysis tested using SPSS 25.0. The results indicate that digital skills and literacy significantly influence the performance of MSMEs, highlighting the importance of efforts to enhance digitalization skills and knowledge among female entrepreneurs in Purbalingga.

Abstract

Bakul Sayur Online Purbalingga Online is an online shop that has a problem phenomenon. Based on interviews and data obtained, there are still phenomena related to minimal promotion, the quality of vegetable products whose durability is still not good. Based on the research gap from research conducted by Melati (2021), the price variable was found to be the answer to the limitations of this research. This research aims to find out the extent to which promotion, product quality and price influence purchasing decisions. This research uses quantitative methods. The population used in this research was a sample of 95 respondents. The sampling technique uses random sampling technique. The analysis used in this research used SPSS version 26.0. The results of this research show that promotions have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Price has a negative and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Apart from that, promotion, product quality and price simultaneously influence purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination is 0.31, meaning that the independent variable has an influence of 31% on the independent variable, namely purchasing decisions, and the remaining 69% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research.
