Abstract

Balikpapan is one of many cities in Indonesia which has significant development through this past years. One of outstanding business industry nowdays is property, as a result of increasing population in the city. Therefore, the demand for interior design’s service will increase steadily along with the growing property’s industry. In conclusion, based on the high demand for interior design’s service in Balikpapan, Pratama Interior Consultant as an interior design’s company has great chance and opportunity to establish developing company, providing such service for the needs of the market. Pratama Interior Consultant as an interior design’s company specialized in scope of projects for residential, commercial and hospitality design. Pratama Interior Consultant has commitment in providing excellent service to solve project’s needs. Mandarin Chinese Restaurant is a restaurant located in Balikpapan. The restaurant serves Chinese culinary dish. This restaurant’s capacity for 350 persons with 150 persons on the1st floor and the rest on the 2nd floor. The restaurant’s segment is people with middle to high income. The design’s concept to be applied for the restaurant is Fortune Chinese, hoping the customer will directly feel the Chinese atmosphere through the interior design. The interior elements of the floor, wall, ceiling, and also the furniture help build the ambience of Chinese and altogether brings the whole concept in harmony.

Abstract

Lately, the development of interior design is growing rapidly. People have higher demand towards children interior because of higher purchasing power and they think children are their priority. As the side effect of AFTA, people are more into children design. It triggers the market in Indonesia to produce more and more of children design as the international market makes a great influence. The tenants from abroad causing the increase in demand of children interior design. The company is taking those opportunities to give the best solution on their children interior design. According to most of interior design company, they are focusing on the aesthetic without considering the growth of the children. JesGio Interior Architecture has the ability to indicate the greatness of the design and considering the development of the children, so that it will be a great investment. The company will give good services and trustworthiness to build a great relation with the customers. JesGio Interior Architecture is focusing on children project with a big hope to serve well our next generation. ABC CASTLE Child Development Center is one of the project created by JesGio Interior Architecture. ABC CASTLE has the combination of education purpose with entertainment. The concept will give the essence of learning and helpful in any kind of study.

Abstract

Tugas akhir yang berjudul “Perancangan Proyek Rumah Makan View Sawah Di Desa Tamanyeleng dengan Pendalaman Green Architecture Oleh Konsultan Ms Architecture Interior” berisi tentang rancangan model bisnis konsultan arsitektur dan interior yang berfokus pada pendekatan bangunan hijau untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat di mana pada saat ini telah banyak terjadi kerusakan alam sehingga menyebabkan lingkungan yang tidak sehat dan tidak aman bagi manusianya. Setiap tahun, jumlah penduduk semakin meningkat yang menyebabkan permintaan pasar akan pembangunan juga semakin meningkat dimana hal ini menjadi salah satu penyebab terjadinya kerusakan alam. Selain itu, penggunaan energi juga semakin meningkat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Untuk mengatasi hal ini terciptalah bangunan dengan konsep yang ramah lingkungan mulai dari proses perancangan hingga proses pembangunan yang disebut sebagai bangunan hijau. Di Indonesia sendiri sudah terdapat organisasi yang mengusung bangunan ramah lingkungan yaitu lembaga Green Building Council Indonesia, yaitu lembaga ini bertugas untuk menilai dan memberikan sertifikat bangunan hijau terhadap suatu bangunan. Selain itu juga bertugas sebagain konsultan yang memberikan konsultasi mengenai bangunan hijau kepada klien. Sudah terdapat banyak bangunan yang memiliki sertifikasi bangunan hijau di Indonesia. Konsep bangunan hijau ini akan diterapkan ke proyek Perancangan Rumah Makan yang terletak di daerah pedesaan yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan suasana rumah makan baru di Sulawesi Selatan sekaligus memperluas peluang masuknya bangunan hijau di Sulawesi Selatan.
