Abstract

Dalam proses belajar hanya didukung oleh media cetak, alat peraga, papan tulis, selain itu cara mengajar yang dominan ceramah dan mencatat sehingga peserta didik dalam belajar terkesan pasif dan kurang menarik bagi peserta didik untuk itu perlu dibuatkan untuk media pembelajaran interaktif pada mata pelajaran Dasar-Dasar Teknik Elektronika yang dapat digunakan oleh guru dalam menyampaikan materi pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi Canva dengam model pengembangan ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development,Implementation dan Evaluation). Penilaian yang diberikan 2 orang validator media diperoleh rata-rata sekitar 92,3% kemudian dikategorikan “Sangat Valid”. Dari rerata penilaian yang diberikan 2 orang validator materi yaitu 67,5 persentasenya 96,4% dan dikategorikan “Sangat Layak”. Hasil uji coba kepada 15 orang siswa dengan rata-rata persentase yang dicapai dari penilaian siswa terhadap keseluruhan aspek adalah 90,1% dan dikategorikan “Sangat Praktis. Kesimpulannya media interaktif  “Sangat Valid” dipergunakan untuk mata pelajaran Dasar-Dasar Teknik Elektronika (DDE) Kelas X semester ganjil.Kata kunci : Canva, Interaktif, ADDIE, DDE The learning process is only supported by print media, teaching aids, whiteboards, apart from that the dominant way of teaching is lectures and taking notes so that students in learning seem passive and less interesting for students, so it is necessary to create interactive learning media in Basic subjects. Basic Electronics Engineering that can be used by teachers in delivering learning material using the Canva application with the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) development model. The assessment given by 2 media validators obtained an average of around 92.3% and was then categorized as "Very Valid". From the average assessment given by 2 material validators, namely 67.5, the percentage is 96.4% and is categorized as "Very Eligible". The results of the trial on 15 students with the average percentage achieved from student assessments of all aspects was 90.1% and was categorized as "Very Practical. In conclusion, "Very Valid" interactive media is used for the Basics of Electronics Engineering (DDE) class X odd semester.Keywords: Canva, Interactive, ADDIE, DDE

Abstract

This study aims to identify effective forms of family support in helping working mothers balance multiple roles and reduce parenting stress. The method used was a literature study, which involved analysis of data from various sources to produce clearer conclusions and focus on issues relevant to the topic of work-family balance and focus on issues relevant to the topic of work-family balance, family support, and parenting stress. The results of the study showed that open family communication, equitable division of household tasks, as well as emotional and practical support from family members are important factors in building work-family balance. These strategies help mothers reduce stress and improve psychological well-being. This research recommends the development of family communication training, flexible work policies, as well as further qualitative-based research to explore working mothers' the direct experiences of working mothers. The findings are expected to serve as a basis for development of programs and policies that support the dual role of mothers in the family and workplace.
