Abstract

Abstract: The development of information technology when it can help work easily, one of which is in carrying out systematic data processing, processing statistical data and so on, so that computers are one of the tools that must be owned by companies. One element or asset that is very important in a company, namely Human Resource Management. Currently, hotels still use Microsoft Excel for data entry, such as employee data, attendance data, reward and punishment data, and recruitment and resignation data that are not yet systemized. Based on the above, the authors are interested in conducting a study entitled human information systems Web-based resource management at the Nivia hotel uses the PIECES method. With the application of the Human Resource Management Information System, it can make it easier for Nivia hotels in the field of human resource management in managing employee data, attendance, reward, punishment, employee training, recruitment and resignation. Keywords: human resource; management; PIECES Method Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat dapat membantu pekerjaan dengan mudah, salah satunya dalam melakukan pengolahan data secara sistematis, pengolahan data statistik dan lain sebagainya, sehingga komputer merupakan salah satu alat bantu yang wajib dimiliki oleh perusahaan Salah satu unsur atau aset yang sangat penting dalam perusahaan yaitu Human Resource Management. Saat ini Hotel masih menggunakan microsoft excel dalam penginputan data, seperti data pegawai, data kehadiran, data reward and punishment, dan data recruitment and resign yang belum tersistem Berdasarkan hal-hal di atas, maka penulis tertarik untuk membuat sebuah penelitian yang berjudul sistem informasi human resource management pada hotel nivia berbasis web menggunakan metode PIECES. Dengan adanya aplikasi sistem informasi human resource management dapat mempermudah hotel nivia dalam bidang human resource management nya dalam mengatur data karyawan, absensi, reward, punishment, pelatihan karyawan, recruitment, dan resign. Kata kunci: human resource; management; metode PIECES
