Abstract

Electricity is one of the main needs that is most widely used by the community, both for household needs and industrial needs. Due to the large number of people's needs for the use of electricity, some consumers commit fraud or theft of electric power to reduce usage costs so that they are not in accordance with the recorded power consumption. Therefore PT. PLN Persero forms a team for Controlling the Use of Electricity or P2TL which aims to examine and take action to resolve the PLN installation or the installation of electricity users from PLN. The problem that occurs in this case is that in looking at the types of electric power theft that occur to customers who commit fraud, they still use the manual method, which is to determine the type of electricity theft that mostly uses catches through the official report, thereby slowing down the P2TL party to determine the target of operation or the type of violation. potential that often occurs in the Padangsidimpuan UP3 area. The purpose of this study is to build a website-based information system using the fp-growth algorithm data mining which aims to make it easier for P2TL parties to see how patterns of electricity theft that often appear, making it easier for officers to determine operating targets more quickly. This research uses the fp-growth algorithm with the stage of generating the conditional patten base, the stage of generating the conditional pattern tree and the stage of searching for frequent items. The results obtained from this study are the percentage value of the level of certainty of each item that appears so that it can be used as a reference in determining the type of electric power theft pattern that often appears using a website-based information system.

Abstract

This study is aimed to see the effect of quantum teaching model based on literacy toward student’s ability in critical thinking focused on flat side building in SMP Plus Darul Ilmi Murni. The method of this study is quantitative research by using quasi experimental research. The total number of sample is 19 students for each classes, they are experimental and control class. Based on the data and analysis, it shows that there is significant differences between T-Count and T-table. The analysis of the data resulted that T-test is 4,226 and T-Table is 5 % (1,689). From the percentage, it can be seen that , it is , thus H0 is rejected and  Ha is accepted. Therefore, the hypothesis can conclude that there is a significant effect of quantum teaching based literacy toward student’s ability in critical thinking focused on flat side building in SMP Plus Darul Ilmi Murni

Abstract

Donasi tidak hanya berbentuk nominal tetapi juga dapat berupa barang bekas layak pakai misalnya pakaian. Saat ini belum ada wadah untuk menaungi para donatur untuk mendonasikan pakaian atau para penggalang donasi yang sedang mencari pakaian. Proses penggalangan donasi juga masih terbilang manual karena harus menyebarkan brosur, berkomunikasi lewat pesan, lalu menentukan tempat dan waktu pengambilan. Kendala yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya informasi terkait penggalangan donasi, waktu yang tidak cocok, serta jarak yang jauh. Dengan mengimplementasikan metode haversine formula sehingga sistem ini dapat menentukan jarak dan rute terdekat dari lokasi penggalang ke lokasi donatur. Sistem ini berbasis android, dibuat menggunakan openstreetmap, kodular, dan basis data MySQL. Tujuan aplikasi ini adalah sebagai wadah yang menghubungkan antara donatur dan penggalang donasi serta membantu agar proses penggalangan donasi lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Program Studi Sistem Informasi adalah bagian dari Universitas Islam negeri Sumatera Utara yang salah satu perannya untuk mencetak lulusan sarjana komputer yang berkualitas. Pada setiap periode kelulusan mahasiswa, pihak program studi akan menentukan dan memilih mahasiswa lulusan terbaik diantara lulusan lainnya dan yang menjadi kriteria penentuan hanya dilihat dari nilai Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) saja dan tidak melihat aspek kriteria lainnya, serta perhitungan dilakukan belum secara komputasi. Unguk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu dalam proses penentuan lulusan terbaik dengan memanfaatkan sistem pendukung keputusan dengan tertentu. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan perbandingan 5 metode sistem pendukung keputusan yaitu metode SAW, AHP, WP, SMART, dan MAUT dengan 4 (empat) kriteria penilain yaitu Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK), masa studi, aspek spiritual, dan nilai tugas akhir. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis web dan hasil yang ditampilkan berupa pperankingan nama lulusan terbaik.

Abstract

Lecturer performance in a certain period is calculated based on the evidence of work collected andcalculated by the party that has been given the authority, if the proof of work has fulfilled the stipulatedconditions, the allowance will be based on the proof of employment. This concept in UIN North Sumatra isreferred to as remuneration. The remuneration calculation process is carried out at the end of the semesterconducted by the appointed institution with the assistance of an Assessor. Computerization in the processof calculating the value of remuneration is inevitable, so there is no miscalculation that results in losses tothe recipient of the remuneration. To design a good information system, modeling is needed first so that thedesign of the system is directed according to the model that has been designed. Unified Modeling Language(UML) is a software or system modeling language with an object-oriented programming concept that cananalyze and describe in detail what is needed by the system. While the Oracle database is a databaseproduct created by Oracle Corporation that has high processing and performance capabilities. Abstract

Geographic Information System is a system created based on the geographic mapping of the earth. This system can provide information about the location of the area or the location of places on the earth's surface, provide information about a location and information about the shortest path from one location to another. The city of Padang Sidempuan currently has many tourist attractions that have a beauty that is not far from other cities, such as Tor Simarsayang, Silima-Lima Waterfall, Aek Sabaon and others. However, currently there is no application that can make it easier for tourists to get information to get to the tourist attractions in question. The Floyd-Warshall algorithm is a method that performs problem solving by looking at the solution that will be obtained as an interrelated decision and will choose the shortest path from several alternative paths that have been generated from the calculation process. In this study using the waterfall research method, android programming language and MySQL database with data as much as 10 tourism points. The final results were tested using the black box testing method, obtained an average accuracy of 90% of the results of the shortest distance from each point and the system can display features, such as tourist data features, tourist facilities, cost estimates, tourist pictures and opening times of the tourist attractions

Abstract

Research on information technology, namely in terms of urban transportation in Medan. This study makes information technology in the form of an android application for customers and drivers which aims to track the location of city transportation using a driver application that is directly connected online with the customer application so that they can see the position of the driver and can also request pick-up at the bus stop. In terms of tracking using GPS (Global Positioning System) while for mapping using Google Maps Api Key. This application uses the design of several Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams, including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and class diagrams.

Abstract

Goalkeeper is one position in the game of soccer, this position is a very special position in soccer where players who are positioned as goalkeepers are allowed to use all parts of their body. Decision Support System (SPK) is a tool in solving problems that are semi-structured or unstructured. Decision Support System itself has several methods that can help in solving problems. One method is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is a weighted sum method that is found on all the criteria contained in each object or alternative. This study aims to determine that the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method can be applied in a web-based application system that is able to assist the coach in determining the main goalkeeper in soccer.

Abstract

Students in grades 4-5 Elementary School Al-Ikhlas need an Android-based application to find the meaning of the Qur'anic verses to help and make it easier for students to find the meaning of the verses of the Qur'an and do the tasks given by Islamic Religion Teachers. Making the application's search for meaning verses of Qur'an using methods matching string (string matching) that is implemented in the search process said. String matching will perform the search process for a string or several strings found in a text or string. The algorithm used in string matching is berry ravindran, this algorithm has 2 phases, namely the preprocessing phase and the search phase. The phase preprocessing serves to create a shift value that will be used in the search phase. The value of the search phase is obtained from the rules of the algorithm. The Algorithm is berry ravindran implemented to perform analysis string matching in the application of finding the meaning of the verses of the Qur'an. This application to search for the meaning of the verses of the Qur'an can search for the meaning of the verses of the Qur'an by using voice, it is hoped that this voice search feature can facilitate the search for the meaning of the verses of the Qur'an. Speech recognition is implemented using one of the Google Cloud Platforms, namely the Google Speech API to detect spoken words when searching, so that it can make it easier for users to search for the meaning of the verses of the Qur'an. It is hoped that this application can be used as a source of knowledge and useful for grade 4-5 students at Elementary School Al-Ikhlas so that they are more diligent in reading the Qur'an and finding out the meaning of the verse, in order to guide them to the right path to the path that is pleasing to Allah.

Abstract

Meningitis must be detected as soon as possible, just like any other disease, to give the patient the best chance of recovery. Physical examination, symptoms, what is felt, and the suspected tissue particles are all used to establish the diagnosis of Meningitis. If anything unusual happens, we should consult with specialists who are experts in their field to check the facts and situation. However, some people are more sedentary because they don't know how to treat their illness, or because they believe it's just a symptom of a common illness, or because it's expensive to see a doctor. The lack of public awareness in the field of meningitis, as well as the lack of professionals in the field, makes it difficult to treat people with this disease. Given these circumstances, having a Meningitis detection application system that uses the Dempster Shafer technique to diagnose the type of Meningitis disease based on clinical symptoms is very important. The Dempster Shafer approach will be used to create an expert system application, where the results of previous expert system trials including patient symptoms reveal that this system is capable of diagnosing disease based on symptoms, even when the perceived symptoms are ambiguous.
