Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the results of analysis of variance of production costs. The Sido Mampir restaurant business is engaged in the culinary business. Proper analysis of variance will help the company determine its selling price. Determining the right selling price will of course have an impact on achieving the profit desired by the company. The production costs analyzed are raw material costs and labor costs using the standard cost method. Standard costing is based on previous period data and environmental conditions. Variance analysis is carried out so that calculations are in accordance with accounting standards so that they can become a consideration for owners to use the standard cost method by comparing the standard costs set with the actual costs or actual costs. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Sources of data are primary data and secondary data by visiting the place of business directly. Research techniques are interviews and documentation. The result of the research is that the analysis of variance for raw material costs and labor costs in the Sido Mampir food stall business is favorable, meaning that these costs are used effectively and efficiently in cost control

Abstract

This article aims to understand the importance of the teacher's role in the success of learning for students with intellectual disabilities. The writing of this article was conducted using qualitative methods. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations, and searching for various journal references related to the role of teachers in the learning success of students with intellectual disabilities. The research results indicate that the role of the teacher is very important in achieving learning success for students with intellectual disabilities. Learning that is tailored to the characteristics and needs of students. Teachers play a crucial role as determinants of success in education. Supporting factors for success include teacher competence, collaboration with parents, and the availability of facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

The learning by doing method or learning method involves students directly to the learning material, which helps students play an active role in the classroom. This study aims to analyze the process of applying the learning by doing method in learning Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) in elementary schools. This research uses qualitative methods and literature studies, which collect a number of theories from various books and scientific journals. The main stages in this research are to find out how to apply the learning by doing method, what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of applying the learning by doing method. It can be outlined that in this study the learning by doing method will be very helpful in increasing student interest, high curiosity, helping students solve problems independently and wisely, and developing critical and creative thinking skills. Metode learning by doing atau metode pembelajaran yang melibatkan siswa secara langsung terhadap materi pembelajaran, yang membantu siswa berperan aktif di dalam kelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalis proses penerapan metode learning by doing dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini mengguanakan metode kualitatif dan studi literatur, yaitu mengumpulkan sejumlah teori dari berbagai buku dan jurnal ilmiah. Tahapan utama dalam penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui bagaimana cara penerapan metode learning by doing, faktor pendukung dan penghambat apa saja dalam proses penerapan metode learning by doing. Dapat digaris besari bahwa dalam penelitian ini metode learning by doing akan sangat membantu dalam meningkatkan minat siswa, rasa keingintahuan yang tinggi, membantu siswa memecahkan masalah secara mandiri dan bijak, serta mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kreatif.
