Abstract

The farming sector is an important part of Indonesia’s national development due to its availability of foodstuffs, industrial resources, bio-energy, labor absorption, and income source for the rural populace. The horticultural practices, such as farming vegetables, fruits, medicinal herbs and ornamental plants, are strategic subsectors in the progression of the national and regional farming industry. This study aims to determine the performance of farming and to compare the income of horticultural farming of cabbage and shallots in the Poso Regency. A combined method is utilized in this research. Qualitative data analysis will descriptively portray the production and processing stages, cost, market access, and farmers’ income, while quantitative analysis will calculate the profit and Return-Cost Ratio. The research shows that farmers’ revenue depends on the size of land they possess. After a planting season, the net income of shallot farmers is between Rp 116.045.237 and Rp139.647.762, whereas cabbage farmers earn a total net income between Rp 18.131.412 and Rp 83.141.875. This demonstrates that horticultural farming, namely shallot cultivation, is more profitable than cabbage.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of public service quality on community satisfaction in Uelincu Village, North Pamona District, Poso Regency. The research approach used is a quantitative approach. The study sample was 60 people from Uelincu village. The data obtained through the questionnaire was then processed using the help of SPSS 26 software. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. The results showed that the quality of public services had a positive and significant effect on public satisfaction. Furthermore, the results of the coefficient of determination test showed that public satisfaction was able to be explained by the quality of public services by 45.7%. Thus, these results mean that the quality of good public services is one of the most important factors for the community. The better the public service by the village officials, the more the community's satisfaction with the government in the village will increase.

Abstract

Rengginang adalah makanan ringan berbahan dasar beras yang berbentuk kotak dengan diameter 4-6 cm, memiliki rasa yang gurih dan bertekstur renyah. Selama ini UMKM rengginang nenek Kesya mengalami kesulitan dalam meningkatkan jumlah produksinya, hal itu dikarenakan teknologi yang digunakan untuk memproduksi rengginang masih sederhana. Masalah selanjutnya adalah masih banyaknya masyarakat yang belum mengetahui produksi rengginang pada nenek Kesya. Metode pendampingan yang dilakukan terhadap usaha  rengginang pada nenek Kesya terdiri dari tiga aspek yakni pendampingan aspek produksi, aspek pengemasan dan aspek manajemen usaha dan pemasaran. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa usaha rengginang weamommy memeiliki pasar yang potensial diperoleh pengembangan usaha rengginang dari rasa original menjadi rengginang rasa kacang. Daya tahan produk dapat dicapai dengan menggunakan kemasan plastik yang mempunyai perekat. Selanjutnya jangkauan akses pasar dapat ditingkatkan melalui strategi pemasaran melalui media sosial seperti Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp.

Abstract

Stunting adalah masalah kesehatan yang berbahaya yang menyebabkan sakit, kematian, dan masalah dengan pertumbuhan motorik dan mental. Stunting disebabkan oleh kekurangan gizi dalam jangka waktu yang lama, terutama selama seribu hari pertama kehidupan. Meskipun terus mengalami penurunan namun jumlah stunting di seluruh dunia masih sangat tinggi. Oleh karena itu stunting merupakan masalah serius yang perlu diperhatikan dan dituntaskan Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan di Desa Tanasumpu. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah mengedukasi dan pendampingan kepada masyarakat dalam mencegah dan mengentaskan masalah stunting. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei penyebab stunting, melakukan sosialisasi pencegahan stunting, sosialisasi pemanfaatan pekarangan dan pembuatan media tanam serta pupuk organik dan pembagian sayuran organik siap konsumsi kepada masyarakat. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat tentang penyebab stunting serta cara penanggulangannya melalui pemanfaatan pekarangan dan konsumsi makanan bergizi. Dengan demikian pemberian edukasi, pemanfaatan pekarangan, dan konsumsi makanan bergizi seperti sayur-sayuran dapat membantu mencegah masalah stunting di masyarakat. Stunting is a dangerous health problem that causes illness, death, and problems with motor and mental growth. Stunting is caused by malnutrition over a long period of time, especially during the first thousand days of life. Although it continues to decline, the number of stunting around the world is still very high. Therefore, stunting is a serious problem that needs to be considered and resolved This service activity is carried out in Tanasumpu Village. The purpose of this activity is to educate and assist the community in preventing and alleviating stunting problems. The methods used are surveying the causes of stunting, socializing stunting prevention, socializing the use of yards and making planting media and organic fertilizers and distributing organic vegetables ready for consumption to the community. The result of this service activity is an increase in public knowledge and understanding of the causes of stunting and how to overcome it through the use of yards and consumption of nutritious food. Thus, providing education, utilizing yards, and consuming nutritious foods such as vegetables can help prevent stunting problems in the community

Abstract

Digital transformation in village governance has become a primary strategy for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in human resource (HR) management. This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital technology in village government HR management and its impact on productivity and administrative efficiency. Employing a systematic literature review method, this research examines implementation trends, success factors, challenges, and optimal strategies for digitalization in HR management at the village level. The findings indicate that the adoption of technologies such as electronic Human Resource Management (e-HRM), cloud computing, and village information systems contributes to faster administration, increased accountability, and optimized performance of village officials. However, challenges remain in technology adoption, including low digital literacy among village officials, limited information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure, as well as regulatory and policy constraints. To overcome these hurdles, a comprehensive strategy is required, encompassing capacity building through training, strengthening digital infrastructure, and fostering collaboration among central government, village governments, and the private sector. With appropriate policy implementation, the integration of digital technology in village-level HR management can improve public service quality and support more modern and responsive governance.
