Abstract

Kata kunci: limbah rumah tangga; kelor; sampah Abstract A public health problem from the results of the field learning experience activities is the direct disposal of waste into the river. Coming from kitchen water waste, bathroom water, clothes washing water, and sink water to the river as much as 4,125 liters. The disposal of waste into the river is caused by a lack of knowledge and awareness in managing waste. Therefore, a household waste management program was implemented to reduce the incidence of environmental pollution. The program contains the provision of counseling on household solid and liquid waste, the provision of moringa seeds as liquid waste management which can also be used as processed materials and overcome waste problems, mutual cooperation activities to clean the surrounding environment, especially existing waterways, and monitoring and evaluation. This program is expected to increase the knowledge, awareness, and active role of the village community on the importance of maintaining health status and the environment. The results of the service resulted in an output increase of >50% (76%) of participants' knowledge related to household liquid waste and moringa plants, as well as an increase of >50% (71%) of participants' knowledge related to solid waste counseling from the pre-test and post-test results that had been filled out. In mutual cooperation activities, there was also an increase in environmental cleanliness with the results of the recapitulation of the observation sheet assessment, namely a good score. Keywords: household waste; moringa; garbage

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to conduct a bibliometric analysis of research trends regarding filtration and liquid waste quality in hospitals from 2018 to 2024. Using the Google Scholar database and bibliometric analysis applications such as VOSviewer, this study identified and analyzed relevant publications with the keywords filtration, effluent, hospital, COD, BOD, and Liquid Waste Quality. The data obtained was processed with occurrence 4 and term 20 parameters to identify the main patterns and trends in the literature. The analysis results show that the number of publications has increased significantly from year to year, with peaks in 2021 and 2022. The distribution of publication types shows the dominance of research articles with 42 out of 50 publications, followed by literature reviews (3) and conference articles (4). Analysis based on country of publication revealed the dominance of Indonesia with 23 publications, followed by India and several other countries with smaller contributions. Cluster analysis based on network visualization identified four main clusters: (1) effluent quality parameters such as BOD and COD; (2) hospital effluent management; (3) effluent treatment and management; and (4) effluent quality characterization and assessment. The results of density visualization showed a high concentration of quality parameters and treatment technologies, while overlay visualization revealed a close relationship between quality parameters and effluent management. The conclusions of this study highlight the major focus on technical parameters of effluent quality and treatment technology, as well as the importance of integration between effluent management and quality evaluation in research. The findings offer valuable insights for further research and development of innovative solutions in effluent management in hospitals. Keywords: Bibliometrics, Filtration, Effluent Quality, Hospital, Network Analysis

Abstract

ABSTRACT Accurate and complete nursing documentation plays an important role in ensuring the quality of nursing care and patient safety. However, adherence to documentation standards among nurses often remains a challenge that affects the overall quality of medical records and clinical interventions. This study was conducted to map research trends and factors affecting compliance in nursing documentation through a bibliometric analysis approach. The main objective of this study was to identify the main topics, key factors, as well as emerging publication trends related to nursing documentation compliance over the past few years. This study used the Publish or Perish application to collect 50 scientific articles published between 2016 and 2024, with keywords such as "compliance", "completeness", and "nursing care documentation". The data obtained was then analyzed using VOSviewer to visualize the bibliometric network based on the keywords that appeared in the literature. Through Network Visualization, Overlay Visualization, and Density Visualization, this study identified the main keywords such as "completeness", "motivation", "knowledge", and "compliance" that were most frequently discussed in related studies. The results of the analysis showed that documentation completeness and its influencing factors, such as nurse motivation and knowledge, are the main focus in the documentation compliance literature. In addition, the publication trend shows a significant increase in 2020 and 2021, most likely related to the COVID-19 pandemic situation that drives increased attention to the quality of documentation in healthcare. The conclusion of this study shows that adherence in nursing documentation, specifically related to the completeness, motivation, and knowledge of nurses, is an important topic that continues to grow in research. Although technologies such as electronic medical records are also relevant, the focus of research seems to be more on behavioral factors that influence documentation quality. This study provides guidance for researchers to identify gaps in the literature that could be further explored, especially in the development of more effective and integrated documentation systems. Keywords: Compliance, Completeness, Nursing Care Documentation, Motivation, Knowledge
