Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial feasibility level of rice milling business and to analyze the sensitivity of rice milling business in Simpang Tiga Village, Sukadana sub-district, Kayong Utara Districk. This research was conducted in 3 sub-villages namely Siduk Hamlet as much as 3 units, 2 units of Semanai Hamlet and 2 units of Dusun Parit Bugis. The population in this research is 7 rice milling business and all become the research sample chosen purposive (intentionally). The analytical method used is with the investment criteria (NPV, Net B / C, IRR, and PP) and sensitivity analysis. The results showed that the rice mill business is feasible to run financially because the value of NPV is Rp. 218.709.133, IRR ranges 79%, Net B / C Ratio of 3,4, and PP ranges from 1 years 7 months. Result of sensitivity analysis showed that rice milling business did not affect to increase of operational cost 3,68% and decrease of benefit equal to 3,86%.

Abstract

ABSTRACTSugar is one of the nine essential staples which societies need everyday start from children to adult. Sugar is an additional sweetner for both food and drink that not replaceable. So in consuming, people tend to choose good quality sugar. Of societies, the sugar in package give better quality than bulk sugar. Gulaku is one of the societies frusted sugar product in completing daily needs, so Gulaku listed three times as Top Brand Award start from 2014 to 2016. This research aims to analyze the relationship of marketing mix including product, price, distribution and promotion towards the decision in purchasing Gulaku product on supermarket in Pontianak. This research was conducted by using Rank Spearman Correlation Analysis and SPSS version 18. The results show that the overall attributes of the marketing mix (product, price, distribution and promotion) indicate a relationship with the purchase decision. Of the four most important attributes of marketing mix considered or showing strong relationships are product and promotion. Keywords : Relationship,Marketing mix, Gulaku and Purchasing DecisionsABSTRAKGula pasir adalah salah satu dari Sembilan bahan pangan pokok yang selalu dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat dari mulai anak-anak hingga orang dewasa. Gula pasir  merupakan bahan pemanis tambahan utama baik untuk makanan maupun minuman yang tidak tergantikan sehingga dalam mengkomsumsi gula pasir masyarakat lebih memperhatikan dan memilih gula pasir dengan kualitas yang baik. Dimata masyarakat gula pasir kemasan lebih memberikan kualitas gula pasir yang lebih baik dibandingkan gula pasir curah. Gula pasir merek Gulaku adalah gula pasir yang dipercayai konsumen dalam memenuhi kebutuhan sehari- harinya sehingga gulaku tercatat sebagai Top Brand Award selama tiga tahun berturut - turut mulai dari tahun 2014 sampai dengan tahun 2016. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan bauran pemasaran yang meliputi produk, harga, distribusi dan promosi dengan keputusan pembelian Gulaku pada pasar swalayan di Kota Pontianak. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi rank spearman dengan bantuan SPSS versi 18. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keseluruhan atribut bauran pemasaran yang paling dipertimbangkan atau menunjukkan hubungan yang kuat adalah produk dan promosi. Kata Kunci : Hubungan, Bauran Pemasaran, Gulaku dan Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

The study aims to investigate and analyze the relationship between empowerment patterns and personality development with group dynamics. Conducted in Entikong District, a border area in West Kalimantan, the study utilized primary data from 100 respondents selected through simple random sampling. Data collection involved questionnaires and documentation, with data analysis performed using SEM through SmartPLS. The study’s findings include: (1) Personality development significantly affects group dynamics, with a coefficient of 0.355, t-statistic of 4.613 <1.96, and p-value of 0.000 <0.05; (2) Empowerment patterns significantly affect group dynamics, with a coefficient of 0.382, t-statistic of 4.096> 1.96, and p-value of 0.000 <0.05; (3) Empowerment patterns have no significant effect on personality development, with a coefficient of 0.140, t-statistic of 1.221 < 1.96, and p-value of 0.223 > 0.05; and (4) Personality development does not mediate the effect of empowerment patterns on group dynamics, indicated by a coefficient of 0.050, t-statistic of 1.149 < 1.96, and p-value of 0.251 > 0.05.
