Abstract

Preliminary research conducted by the author on the implementation of science learning at SMP N 1 Tidore Islands showed that science learning had not been given in an integrated manner. Science Basic Competencies (KD) have not been integrated so that there are no integrated science teaching materials that can be used during the learning process. The making of teaching materials begins with the integration of Basic Competencies from several science studies. The learning assessment process can be carried out through the development of teaching materials which aims to develop the teaching profession and overcome student failures in learning. This study aims to develop integrated science teaching materials through the development of tools on environmental pollution material with the theme of waste and to determine the achievement of student learning outcomes in accordance with the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). The research method used is Research and Development to produce integrated science teaching materials and test their effectiveness. In the early stages of research, the teaching materials used for research are validated by the teaching materials validators. The next process is the application of teaching materials in the learning process. The results showed that the integrated science teaching materials were very feasible to be used in the learning process. The use of integrated science teaching materials has an effect on student scores so that 86% of students' scores reach the minimum completeness criteria. The conclusion of this study is that integrated science teaching materials are included in the very good category to be used as a learning resource for students of SMP N 1 Tidore Islands, so that students are able to achieve learning outcomes that are in accordance with the Minimum Completeness Criteria.

Abstract

Wick system atau sistem sumbu adalah sistem hidroponik yang paling sederhana dengan menggunakan sumbu sebagai media serap air atau nutrisi kemudian mengalirkan ke akar tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuipengaruh pemberian pupuk organik cair rebung bambu dan bonggol pisang terhadap laju pertumbuhan tanaman selada (Lactuca sativa L) secara hidroponik serta perbedaan tinggi tanaman. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli-Agustus 2020. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen yang terdiri dari 7 perlakuan (P0 = AB Mix sebagai perlakuan kontrol, Pr = POC rebung dengan masing-masing takaran 125, 250, 375, Pb = POC bonggol pisang dengan masing-masing takaran 125, 250, 375) masing-masing dengan 4 kali ulangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwapemberian pupuk organik cair rebung bambu dan bonggol pisang berpengaruh terhadap laju pertumbuhan tanaman selada (Lactuca sativa L) secara hidroponik dimana hasil uji Anava dari minggu ke dua sampai minggu ke lima pengukuran menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 000 < 0,05 atau p < 0,05, serta terdapat perbedaan tinggi tanaman pada pemberian pupuk organik cair rebung bambu dan bonggol pisang terhadap laju pertumbuhan tanaman selada (Lactuca sativa L) secara hidroponik yang dibuktikan dengan uji lanjut Least Significant Different (LSD).

Abstract

The learning model is defined as a systematic procedure in organizing learning experiences to achieve learning objectives. So, actually the learning approach has the same meaning as the learning approach or strategy. Currently, various kinds of learning approaches have been developed, from simple to complex and complicated because they require many tools in their application. The approach in the learning process is a method or technique of presenting material used by educators in the learning process to achieve the expected learning objectives. The cooperative learning model is also a learning model which in the organizational strategy uses small study groups where students or students work together for the success of the learning objectives. Cooperative learning is a model in which students learn together, share their thoughts and are responsible for achieving individual and group learning outcomes. JAS learning is a strategy in learning that prioritizes land around the school or other learning resources outside of school so that it allows students to learn directly from the environment. natural phenomena based on his own observations. In this case the teacher must be observant in choosing the appropriate subject matter. The population in this study includes all students of class VII MTs. Alfarabi Wasilei Selatan, East Halmahera Regency with a total of 42 students consisting of 2 classes. The assumption in this study uses the RAL assumption where all initial treatments are considered the same, there is no difference so that the results obtained are absolute because of the influence of the treatment. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that there is an effect of the JAS model on student learning outcomes at Mts. Alfarabi Wasilei Selatan, East Halmahera Regency, where based on the results of the ANOVA posttest, a significance value of 0.000 ≤ 0.05 or sig ≤ 0.05 was obtained.

Abstract

School-age children have a period of rapid physical and psychosocial growth and development. To fulfill this, optimal nutritional status conditions are needed. Nutritional status is directly influenced by food consumption patterns and indirectly by parenting patterns, food availability, socio-economic factors, culture and politics. The psychosocial development of school-age children can be seen when children start choosing the food they choose. This will shape food consumption patterns in children. Imbalance in food consumption patterns will cause nutritional problems, both undernutrition and over nutrition. Unbalanced diet and nutritional status greatly affect learning achievement in children. This study aims to determine the relationship between diet and nutritional status with learning achievement of Class VII students of SMP Negeri 3 Ternate, City of South Ternate for the 2021/2022 academic year. This type of research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional design. The total population of the study was 142 students. The research sample was 50 students. The sampling technique is Simple Random Sampling. The research data uses primary data in the form of respondents' knowledge regarding nutritional status, interview guides, observations, documentation, measurements of weight and height, and secondary data in the form of student report card grades for the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. The results of the Chi-Square test showed that there was a significant relationship between eating patterns and learning achievement from the value of X2count> X2table which had a value of 0.739> 3.481 with a significance P=0.05. There is no relationship between nutritional status and academic achievement because the value of X2count < X2table is 0.224 <3.481 with a significance of P=0.05. A good diet affects learning achievement because it is one of the factors that determines success in learning, and a good diet and a variety of foods in everyday life contain nutrients that can increase concentration in learning better and students will be easier to accept lessons at school.

Abstract

Rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik didasari oleh minimnya media dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga menyebabkan peserta didik sulit dalam memahami materi. Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengembangankan video pembelajaran yang berbasis kontekstual pada materi komponen-komponen lingkungan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 6 Kot Ternate. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penellitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan metode Researc and Development (R&D). Dengan mengikuti prosedur pengembangan Borg and Gall. Subjek uji coba penelitian ini yaitu 1 orang ahli media, 1 orang ahli materi, dan 1 orang ahli bahasa. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data yaitu berupa dokumentasi dan tes. Setelah dilakukan uji coba oleh ketiga ahli, media video pembelajaran kemudian di aplikasikan ke peserta didik. Hasil penelitan yang didapat kemudian dilakukan uji prasyarat yang terdiri atas uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji anava. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu pada uji coba Normalitas pada kelas Media pada tahap Postest dengan nilai signifikan 931 % dan pada post test 212 % sedangkan pada kelas kontrol uji normalitas pada pretest 123 % dan post test 208 %. Kemudian dari masing-masing hasil yang telah di peroleh dari uji Normalitas dari kelas media dan kelas kontrol maka hasil dari prestest dan postest di uji ke Homogenitas dimana nilai dari signifikan dari pretest yaitu 0,57 % dan postest 429 %. Kemudian di lanjutkan dengan uji Anava dimana pretest dengan hasil signifikan 107 % dan postest dengan nilai signifikan 005 %. Sehingga hasil belajar siswa yang di peroleh dengan soal postest dengan nilai rata 1522,750 % dan nilai rata-rata dari postest 470.000 %. Dari hasil yang di peroleh kita bisa simpulkan respon peserta didik terhadap video pembelajaran berbasis kontekstual sangat berpengaruh terhadap hasil berlajar siswa terutama di SMA Negeri 6 Kota Ternate.
