Abstract

This research aims to understand the role of sharia venture capital, using a qualitative approach by utilizing in-depth analysis of secondary data from various related literature sources. The data collection technique used is a literature study technique to obtain a theoretical basis in the form of opinions or writings of legal experts, ulama and other authorities regarding the role of sharia venture capital in Indonesia. This research is descriptive in nature to analyze research results but is not used to draw broader conclusions. The results of this research conclude that Indonesia, as a country whose economy continues to grow, faces major challenges in increasing the competitiveness of the micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) sector. Participate in Direct Equity Company capital participation (PMV) to the partner company by taking a certain number of shares in the Partner Business Company (PPU). In carrying out venture capital financing, it starts with a venture agreement in each implementation, but don't forget to include the provisions of Islamic law in accordance with the best Sharia Venture Capital Companies (PMVS).Keywords: venture capital, capital financing, micro, small and medium enterprise sector

Abstract

Sharia banks are financial institutions that don’t actually rely on interest to function. In other words, Sharia Bank is a financial institution whose main business is providing financing and other services in payment traffic and money circulation whose operations are adjusted to the principles of Islamic law. Sharia Bank itself, commonly known as an Interest-Free Bank, is a financial/banking institution whose operations and products are developed based on the Al-Quran and the Hadith of the Prophet SAW. Islamic banks do their businesses without using the interest system. The problem of the contradiction between interest and usury can be resolved alternatively by using the existence of sharia banks/Islamic banks. Abstract

This research aims to understand the perspectives and concepts underlying sharia insurance, using a qualitative approach by utilizing in-depth analysis of secondary data from various related literature sources. The data collection technique used is a literature study technique to obtain a theoretical basis in the form of opinions or writings of legal experts, ulema and other authorized parties, regarding sharia insurance guidelines in Indonesia. This research is descriptive analytical in nature to analyze research results but is not used to make broader conclusions. The results of this research conclude that sharia insurance is an insurance product that is managed according to sharia and supervised by National Sharia Council - Indonesian Ulema Council. The function of sharia insurance is that it is managed according to sharia principles, transparent fund management, investment results are distributed to participants, ownership of funds by two parties, namely the company and participants, contribution funds are not forfeited even if there are no claims, and underwriting surplus benefits. The main aim of sharia insurance is to improve the welfare and struggles of the people. Sharia insurance business activities are regulated in Law no. 2 of 1992. One of the relevant company profiles is PT. JMA sharia insurance. Keywords: Sharia insurance, financial institutions, fund.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pembiayaan leasing dalam perspektif perbankan syariah, menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan memanfaatkan analisis mendalam terhadap data sekunder dari berbagai sumber literatur terkait. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik studi kepustakaan untuk memperoleh landasan teori berupa pendapat atau tulisan para ahli hukum, ulama dan pihak-pihak yang berwenang lainnya, mengenai pembiayaan leasing dalam perspektif perbankan syariah. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif untuk menganalisis hasil penelitian namun tidak digunakan untuk menarik kesimpulan yang lebih luas. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa perusahaan leasing dapat membantu pemilik usaha untuk memperoleh barang modal dengan cepat. Leasing akan bekerja sama dengan pemilik usaha sesuai dengan kesepakatan yang telah dibuat. Pembiayaan yang diberikan dapat berupa sewa atau kredit. Dalam Islam, praktik leasing disebut dengan ijarah dan ijarah muntahiyah bittamlik. Akad leasing dan ijarah sah jika memenuhi beberapa syarat, yaitu adanya lessor (penyewa), lessee (penyewa), objek yang disewa, dan ujrah (biaya sewa).

Abstract

A pension fund is a collection of assets managed and operated by an institution to produce a pension benefit, namely a periodic payment that is paid to participants at the time and in the manner specified in the provisions that form the basis for administering the pension program where the payment of the benefit is linked to the attainment of age. certain. Meanwhile, sharia pension funds are pension funds that organize pension programs based on Sharia Principles (DSN MUI Fatwa Number: 88/DSN-MUI/XI/2013). The function of pension funds is as insurance, savings and retirement. The main purpose of pension funds is to provide savings for future retirement. One relevant company profile is DPLK Bank Muamalat. This research aims to find out more about Sharia Pension Funds. Abstract

This journal analyzes the economic dynamics of 4 sectors with a focus on the influence of exports and imports. Through sectoral data analysis, this study identifies the role of each sector in driving export activity and its impact on the national economy. The findings highlight the complexity of the relationship between exports, imports, and economic growth, while exploring strategies to optimize the contribution of these sectors. The policy implications of the findings look towards sustainable economic development by taking into account the dynamic interaction between exports and imports in a 4-sector economy. The impact of exports and imports on economic growth in Indonesia is very large because exports are one of the sources of state income and from import activities the state can get goods that do not yet exist or are lacking in the country to meet the needs of the community. The analysis highlights the positive contribution of exports to economic growth, while the impact of imports is complex and requires careful handling. The policy implications of these findings are discussed in light of efforts to increase exports and manage imports to support sustainable economic growth in Indonesia.
