Abstract

Work is one of the most important things that is very closely related to human life because with work people will get wages to meet their living needs, workers need work from entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs also need the role of workers to carry out production activities, this is known as the relationship between workers and companies. Every interaction that occurs in the relationship between workers and companies will give rise to differences of opinion or thoughts between workers and company management which will give rise to industrial relations conflicts. Smooth and harmonious industrial relations between employers and workers are the main factor in preventing industrial relations disputes, including employment termination (PHK) disputes. Every interaction that occurs in the relationship between workers and companies will give rise to differences of opinion or thoughts between workers and company management which will give rise to industrial relations conflicts. In this case, employers and workers are expected to be able to resolve conflicts that occur within the company in a manner that is in accordance with employment recommendations. Industrial relations disputes are regulated in Law Number 2 of 2004 concerning PPHI (Settlement of Industrial Relations Disputes) and can be resolved through the courts (judicial) and outside the courts (non-judicial). The parties are free to decide how to resolve labor disputes. The aim of writing this article is to understand conflict management in resolving industrial relations problems based on Law no. 2 in 2004. Keywords: Industrial, Conflict, Management, Law, Workers.

Abstract

The fried banana culinary business is the focus of this research for business strategy, with an emphasis on product quality, menu innovation, and digital marketing strategy. Maintained product quality, such as distinctive taste and visual appearance, influences consumers' positive preferences, according to sensory evaluation. The case study shows that menu innovation, especially in terms of variations in taste and presentation, is the key to the success of the fried banana culinary business. It is proven that digital marketing strategies such as special promotions and an active presence on social media can increase visibility and sales. The integration results emphasize that success in this industry requires a combination of consistent high-quality products, continuous innovation and the use of smart digital marketing strategies. The discussion acknowledges study limitations such as sample size and geographic scope, but also emphasizes the relevance of the results to the existing literature. So, to achieve long-term success in the dynamic fried banana culinary industry, the combination of these important components provides a strong foundation. They suggest maintaining product quality standards, developing an ever-changing menu, and using a more sophisticated digital marketing approach. To gain a broader understanding, further research can expand the geographic scope and involve more types of culinary businesses.

Abstract

In order to mitigate the elevated unemployment rate in Indonesia, the community must investigate other business prospects, such as small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), exemplified by Gurilem Crackers. Gurilem Crackers, a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME), possesses a robust and established infrastructure encompassing business networks, production methods, marketing strategies, and financial resources. These elements contribute to the improvement of firm productivity and market competitiveness. The data gathering method employed is descriptive qualitative, including interviews and observations. This study examines the business network, production processes, marketing tactics, and finances of Gurilem Crackers SME, which Mang Teten owns in the Bongas hamlet. The research findings suggest that Mang Teten's company utilizes business networking by collaborating with Gurilem cracker suppliers, employs essential production tools, relies exclusively on word of mouth for Gurilem Cracker marketing, and achieves a monthly profit of Rp—1,236,000.00 with a profit margin of 8.9%.

Abstract

This study aims to comprehend and examine the functioning of the thrift business network at Happythrifstuff. The data collection methods utilized in this study encompass interviews and documentation. The research methodology is a descriptive qualitative approach, which entails collecting, organizing, and presenting data obtained during the study to achieve precise and thorough information. The data suggest that the thrift business network at Happythrifstuff acquires items from Bandung (Gede Bage), which are obtained from distributors in Batam (Sumatra), with the leading suppliers in Korea and Japan. The analysis indicates that the thrift company is well-suited for students or individuals who want to establish an enterprise with relatively small cash and the potential for profitable earnings. This is apparent from the original capital expenditure of 40 goods amounting to Rp. 5,740,000, resulting in Rp profit revenue. 1,148,000 from the sale of 40 products. This essay aims to inspire individuals to engage in the second-hand goods industry, to create cash, and to assist in fulfilling everyday necessities.
