Abstract

People over the age of 60 are considered elderly. Aging is not a sickness, but rather a process that causes the body's resilience to internal and external stimuli to gradually deteriorate. Physical difficulties, such as weakening, are a common occurrence in the aged. Anatomically and functionally, your nutritional status can deteriorate if your physical condition and function deteriorate. The elderly's quality of life is harmed by inadequate or high nutritional status. The purpose of this study is to discover the link between nutritional status and the quality of life of the elderly at the Pante Ceureumen Community Health Center. A correlational quantitative design with a cross-sectional method is used in this study. According to the research inclusion criteria, 70 respondents were identified using the sequence nonprobability sampling approach. Anthropometric measures and questionnaires were utilized to collect data. Kendall's tau test was utilized in bivariate data analysis. According to the findings, the nutritional status was 61.5% poor, 38.5% normal, 64.2% poor, and 35.8% good. This study finds that nutritional status and the quality of life of the elderly in Poshandu Tegal Sari have a substantial relationship. Keywords: elderly, nutritional status, quality of life

Abstract

Dyspepsia is still the most common problem at every age. It causes discomfort in the stomach, nausea, vomiting and other complaints. Dyspepsia can also interfere with a person's life, causing the sufferer to have to rest or be hospitalized.This research was conducted at the Harapan Sehat private hospital in Meulaboh, West Aceh.This study uses a descriptive method, where data is taken based on the medical records of patients hospitalized at Harapan Sehat hospital throughout 2022. The data taken were patients diagnosed with dyspepsia and treated by an internal medicine specialist.In this study, 256 patients were admitted with a diagnosis of dyspepsia by an internal medicine doctor.The study found that dyspepsia cases were mostly experienced by women, with ages above 40 to 60 years old being the most common age. Meanwhile, patients underwent the most treatment period of 3 days.

Abstract

Ortopedi berfokus pada sistem rangka dan segala sesuatu yang menggerakkannya, termasuk tulang, sendi, otot, tendon, dan saraf. Perbedaan ras, lingkungan, atau geografis di suatu wilayah, prevalensi dan pola gejala ortopedi juga dapat bervariasi di berbagai tempat. Tujuan Penelitian: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat gambaran kasus ortopedi pada masyarakat Aceh Barat, sehingga menjadi penilaian terhadap kebutuhan dokter spesialis ortopedi yang saat ini masih belum tersedia di Aceh Barat. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dan bersifat cross-sectional, dan data diambil dari aplikasi SIMRS Rumah Sakit Harapan Sehat. Hasil: Dari 488 pasien rawat jalan yang berobat ke poli bedah umum dalam kurun waktu 1 tahun, ditemukan 37 pasien yang mengalami masalah ortopedi. Kesimpulan: Terdapat 37 pasien, 25 di antaranya adalah laki-laki, dan 12 sisanya adalah perempuan. Usia antara 18 – 60 tahun merupakan usia yang sering sekali mengalami masalah ortopedi. Fraktur merupakan masalah yang paling banyak dialami oleh 23 orang, diikuti oleh dislokasi lutut dengan 4 orang, dan masalah lainnya
