Abstract

According to Permenkes No. 24 of 2022, health facilities must organize Electronic Medical Records no later than December 31, 2023. At the moment the health center is still in the preparatory stage. This study aims to assess the readiness of health professionals to adopt RME and the factors that influence its implementation in health centers. The research design is quantitative with a cross-sectional study approach. The data were collected using a questionnaire with a sample of 47 health professionals. Sampling uses the total-sample technique. Data analysis using chi-square statistical tests. Based on the results of the study there was no significant relationship between age, education, work experience, and profession in RME implementation (Pvalue > 0.05). However, productive age factors are best prepared to apply RME (100%). The level of education does not guarantee the readiness of officers to implement RME, nor does work experience determine the readiness of officers with a service life of 2-5 years unprepared by 95.5%. Regarding the profession, only 20% of medical and health information recorder (PMIK) officers are declared ready. It is expected that there will be socialization and training in the use of RME for healthcare professionals to be optimally organized.

Abstract

Background: Accreditation is recognition given to hospitals for their efforts to continuously improve the quality of service. One of the accreditation institutions for hospital quality and patient safety is LAM-KPRS. The implementation of MRMIK 3 focuses on document management and hospital policies. RSIA Bunda Padang has specific needs in implementing this system, particularly in recording patient data related to pregnancy, childbirth, and neonatal care, thus requiring a system capable of supporting real-time data access. The aim of the study was to determine the results of the analysis of medical record document management based on the MRMIK 3 LAM-KPRS Assessment Elements at Mutiara Bunda Mother And Child Hospital. Methods: This study used a qualitative design and was conducted from March to April 2025. The sampling method used purposive sampling with a total of 3 people. The data collection technique used observation with research instruments, namely checklists based on the MRMIK3 LAM-KPRS accreditation assessment and conducted in-depth interviews with informants. Data analysis was carried out in three main steps: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Results: The results of the study showed that the hospital had implemented document management according to the criteria with a partially met assessment, had and implemented a uniform format for similar documents with a met assessment, and had documents with a partially met assessment. Conclusion: from the three assessment indicators, some were fulfilled and some were partially fulfilled.

Abstract

Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) merupakan sistem teknologi informasi dalam bidang kesehatan yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan kualitas pelayanan rumah sakit. Implementasi RME dapat membantu tenaga kesehatan dalam mengakses informasi pasien secara cepat, tepat, dan efisien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh implementasi Rekam Medis Elektronik terhadap kualitas pelayanan rawat inap di RSIA Permata Bunda Solok Tahun 2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien dan petugas kesehatan yang menggunakan Rekam Medis Elektronik pada pelayanan rawat inap. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 44 responden dengan teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis univariat dan uji regresi linear sederhana menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Rekam Medis Elektronik berada pada kategori sangat baik. Indikator implementasi RME memperoleh nilai tertinggi pada kecepatan akses data sebesar 86%, keamanan dan kerahasiaan data sebesar 84%, kemudahan penggunaan dan integrasi sistem sebesar 82%, serta kelengkapan dan keakuratan data sebesar 79%. Kualitas pelayanan rawat inap berada pada kategori baik dengan indikator tangibles dan reliability sebesar 80%, responsiveness dan empathy sebesar 79%, serta assurance sebesar 77%. Hasil uji regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Rekam Medis Elektronik berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan rawat inap.
