Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Family Environment and Entrepreneurship Education on the Entrepreneurial Interests of students at SMK Negeri 1 Baradatu, Way Kanan Regency. The type of data in this study uses quantitative research using primary and secondary data. In this study using probability sampling technique to determine the research sample because it has a population of over 100, the determination of the research sample using the slovin formula obtained results of 77.42 rounded up to 77 respondents. The analysis technique used is through validity, reliability, classic assumptions, hypotheses. From the results of the research that has been done, it shows that the Family Environment and Entrepreneurship Education have a significant joint effect on the Interest in Entrepreneurship of grade 1 and 2 students of SMK Negeri 1 Baradatu, Way Kanan Regency. Family Environment and Entrepreneurship Education have an effect of 68.0% on Interest in Entrepreneurship of grade 1 and 2 students of SMK Negeri 1 Baradatu, Way Kanan Regency. While the remaining 32.0% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Entrepreneurship Lessons and Independent Attitudes on Student Motivation at SMKN 1 Pakuan Ratu, Way Kanan Regency. The type of data in this study uses quantitative research using primary and secondary data. In this study using probability sampling technique to determine the research sample because it has a population of over 100, the determination of the research sample using the slovin formula which obtained results of 59.67 rounded up to 60 respondents. The analysis technique used is through validity, reliability, classical assumptions and hypotheses tests. From the results of the research that has been done, it shows that Entrepreneurship Lessons and Independent Attitudes have a significant joint effect on the Entrepreneurial Motivation of Grade 2 students at SMK Negeri 1 Pakuan Ratu, Way Kanan Regency. Entrepreneurship Lessons and Independent Attitudes have an effect of 80.7% on the Entrepreneurial Motivation of grade 2 students of SMK Negeri 1 Pakuan Ratu, Way Kanan Regency. While the remaining 19.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Abstrak Dunia yang besar dan hebat dilahirkan oleh para pemimpin-pemimpin yang besar yang memiliki akhlak yang mulia dan kemampuan yang hebat ini semua bisa diambil melalui peran pemimpin dalam gaya kepemimpinannya yang ia pegang dalam perusahaan tersebut. Gaya Kepemimpinan yang meniru nabi muhammad rasullullah akan memberikan semangat dan bisa memberikan para karyawan yang terbaik untuk mereka bekerja secara maksimal. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Bandar Lampung. Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Komunikasi sebagai variabel independen dan Kinerja Pegawai sebagai variabel dependen. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah gaya kepemimpinan dan komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Bandar Lampung. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi liniear berganda, uji r, uji t dan uji f. Data-data yang telah diolah dengan menggunkan program SPSS menghasilkan persamaan regresi Y = 14,615 + 0,049 X1 + 0,401 X2 + 0,05. Berdasarkan uji t yang dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan komunikasi berpengaruh secara simultan bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Bandar Lampung. Kata kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi, Kinerja Pegawai
