Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to provide an understanding of the importance of internal control and accounting information systems in a company to minimize risk and maximize employee performance, create effective and efficient management, and avoid wasting company resources and also to improve employee quality. The method of this activity is carried out using the lecture method. The targets of this Community Service (PKM) activity are employees and management of PT. Lampung Jasa Utama which was attended by 11 participants. This training activity was well organized. This employee training activity is expected to provide in-depth understanding and a positive impact on leaders, management, employees and all company management in improving quality and implementing good and correct internal controls and information systems in the company's operational activities.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan serta keterampilan kepada masyarakat desa wisata pulau pawang dalam mengembangkan literasi kewirausahaan digital. Kegiatan inti dilaksanakan di desa wisata pulau pawang pada tanggal 27 juni 2023. Metode yang digunakan yakni berupa pemaparan materi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah semakin meningkatnya pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai literasi kewirausahaan digital melalui beberapa platform media sosial yang sudah familiar seperti Whatsapp, Facebook dan Instagram. Selain platfom media sosial tersebut, peserta juga diajarkan bagaimana mendaftarkan usahanya di platform seperti Go Food dan Grab Food.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Entrepreneurship Lessons and Independent Attitudes on Student Motivation at SMKN 1 Pakuan Ratu, Way Kanan Regency. The type of data in this study uses quantitative research using primary and secondary data. In this study using probability sampling technique to determine the research sample because it has a population of over 100, the determination of the research sample using the slovin formula which obtained results of 59.67 rounded up to 60 respondents. The analysis technique used is through validity, reliability, classical assumptions and hypotheses tests. From the results of the research that has been done, it shows that Entrepreneurship Lessons and Independent Attitudes have a significant joint effect on the Entrepreneurial Motivation of Grade 2 students at SMK Negeri 1 Pakuan Ratu, Way Kanan Regency. Entrepreneurship Lessons and Independent Attitudes have an effect of 80.7% on the Entrepreneurial Motivation of grade 2 students of SMK Negeri 1 Pakuan Ratu, Way Kanan Regency. While the remaining 19.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the influence of brand image , price and product quality variables on iPhone product purchasing decisions either separately (partial) or together (simultaneous) and to find out which brand image , price and product quality variables play a more important role. in influencing iPhone product purchasing decisions . The research data collection technique was carried out by observing and distributing questionnaires directly by visiting the research object and distributing the questionnaire link, namely to consumers who had made the decision to purchase an iPhone . The collected data is then tabulated and processed using multiple regression analysis. The research results show that the price and product quality variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the brand image variable does not have a significant effect. The dominant variable that has an influence is product quality. Keywords : Brand Image , Price, Product Quality, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

This research aims to determine the marketing strategy for polyethylene products that is applied to consumer satisfaction at CV Serba Plastik. This research uses quantitative research, where research using quantitative methods is a process for finding knowledge that uses data in the form of numbers as a tool for analyzing the problem you want to know. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data, primary data was obtained directly from the sources, through respondents filling out questionnaires and secondary data originating from interviews and documentation. The analysis technique is carried out through validity, reliability, classical assumptions, hypotheses and multiple linear regression. The results of the data obtained were partially rejected by marketing strategies in influencing consumer satisfaction and polyethylene product were accepted as significantly influencing consumer satisfaction. Simultaneously both are able to influence consumer satisfaction. In this way, it influences consumer satisfaction at CV Serba Plastik Plastik Bandar Lampung to maintain sales of polyethylene products which have various brands, types and qualities of good quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh customer experience dan media sosial terhadap keputusan pembelian Pestisida PT.Sari Kresna Kimia Lampung Tengah. Variabel bebas berisi customer experience dan media sosial sedangkan variabel terikat nya adalah keputusan pembelian jenis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non probability sampling untuk menentukan sampel penelitian, dikarenakan memiliki jumlah populasi di atas 300 maka penentuan sampel penelitian menggunakan rumus Slovin yang didapatkan Sebanyak 80 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, hipotesis dan regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa customer experience dan media sosial secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh signifikan sebesar 40.8% terhadap keputusan pembelian Pestisida PT.Sari Kresna Kimia Lampung Tengah. Sedangkan sisanya 60.2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh digital marketing dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian Hai-Tom’s Bandar Lampung. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling untuk menentukan sampel penelitian dikarenakan memiliki jumlah populasi di atas 100 maka penentuan sampel penelitian menggunakan rumus slovin yang didapatkan hasil 82 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, hipotesis. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukan bahwa  digital marketing dan harga berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama terhadap keputusan pembelian Hai-Tom’s Bandar Lampung. Digital marketing dan harga berpengaruh sebesar 50,8 % terhadap keputusan pembelian Hai-Tom’s Bandar Lampung. Sedangkan sisanya 49,2 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain  yang tidak diteliti di dalam penelitian ini.
