Abstract

The intelligence that must be possessed by a student is not only limited to academic achievement. Moreover, students need moral intelligence. This moral intelligence is considered the ability to control oneself in the proper direction. High-quality moral intelligence is required for students to live a personal, social life both in the family, school and community environment. This paper aims to try presenting the importance to develop a model of self-management techniques group counseling for improving moral intelligence. Through a self-management technique of group counseling model, students can improve moral intelligence outside of counseling settings so that group counseling services are more effective.Keywords: moral intelligence, self-management, group counseling.

Abstract

Bullying behavior is harmful to the perpetrator and the victim. The goal of this research to identify the forms of bullying and locations of bullying. Descriptive study with bullying behavior scale instrument on 300 students and analyzed descriptively. The findings that bullying behavior is verbal, physical, relational, and cyber. Verbal bullying behavior through angry, mocking, laughing, cursing, and make friends. Relational bullying through gossip, excommunication, seniority, gangs, and sneers. Bullying is physically by grabbing, hitting, fighting, and charging. Cyberbullying through intimidation, spreading good names, and engineering images. Bullying behavior occurs in schools, at home, and in the neighborhood. The role of school counselors for the prevention and eradication through guidance and counseling programs. Keywords:  bullying, secondary school.
