Abstract

In the era of information, galery, library, archive and museum (GLAM) is a unity which can not be separated. There are several reasons for GLAM to stand separately, but in the rapid growing information, it has cultivated new communications and information technologies that can unite the work of all these institutions. Released GLAM has the same destination, will be in Indonesia can not be united because it has different types of collections, and policies. This article concludes (1). GLAM has not been able to stay in one concept in Indonesia because of the different institutions has different policies. (2) The institution that oversees the collection of GLAM as a cultural heritage in Indonesia is Memory of the World (MOW). (3). GLAM has different types of collections and policies applied to users over their owned collections. (4). GLAM is one place that provides, manages, and transfers information to users.

Abstract

Purpose. The digital ecosystem consists of interactions between customers and partners through various channels, both online and offline, as well as the relationships that exist between digital customers and partners. The ideal interaction between humans, technology, values and activities will be created by ideal ecological information. Thus, system places consumers in an important position connecting customer contacts and contact moments with each other. Including the use of products and virtual visits, such as transactions, emails, educational media, etc. In-depth discussion of individual involvement as information organs (inforgs). Employing the activity-based mapping method, which is intended to determine each person's level of engagement with the digital environment.Methodology. The method used in this research was a pre-post test on respondents who were at Gadjah Mada University Postgraduate School postgraduate students. Questionnaires were distributed concurrently over the WhatsApp group to conduct the survey. The responses provided by respondents are entered into a Google form.Results and discussion. This study examines the use of technology and information resources by graduate students at the Graduate School of Gadjah Mada University, also known as "Emergent" education members. There are signs that the way pupils look for knowledge has changed as information and technology have advanced.Conclusions. The conclusion of this research is that there is a shift in information patterns. Previously, respondents' information patterns were mostly carried out directly by teachers or professors, now they have shifted through scientific websites and become residents through applications on social media.

Abstract

Purpose. This study aims to explore the use of Chat AI and see the information search behavior patterns of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University. Methodology. This research was conducted by survey with descriptive. The respondents were diploma and undergraduate students from the Faculty of Economics at Udayana University. The questionnaire was distributed through WhatsApp groups by filling out a google form and open questions. Results and discussion. More than half of the students have utilized AI technology, particularly Chat AI, in their coursework to complete daily assignments. However, the information obtained through Chat AI is not yet fully trusted. Their information-seeking behavior tends to follow Ellis's model due to the relevance of the information to their needs. Conclusions. The ease of obtaining information and time efficiency offered by AI has created a trend among students in their learning process. However, limitations on AI usage are necessary to maintain the integrity of higher education.
