Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa itu big data dan seberapa penting peranan big data analytic pada sektor administrasi publik khususnya perpustakaan dan arsip. Semakin berkembangnya teknologi berdampak pada pesatnya perkembangan data yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas dari perpustakaan dan arsip itu sendiri. Artikel ini menggunakan metode study literature dalam penulisannya, yaitu menggunakan berbagai sumber baik jurnal, internet, dan bahan pustaka dalam mencari referensi teori yang relevan dengan permasalahan. Temuan artikel ini adalah big data analytic dapat diterapkan pada sektor publik yaitu perpustakaan dan arsip untuk menjadikan sektor tersebut sebagai sumber informasi bagi user.Kontribusi dari artikel ini adalah untuk menambah artikel di bidang perpustakaan dan arsip yang masih jarang serta memberi pembaruan pengetahuan tentang big data analyticdi perpustakaan dan arsip.

Purpose. The digital ecosystem consists of interactions between customers and partners through various channels, both online and offline, as well as the relationships that exist between digital customers and partners. The ideal interaction between humans, technology, values and activities will be created by ideal ecological information. Thus, system places consumers in an important position connecting customer contacts and contact moments with each other. Including the use of products and virtual visits, such as transactions, emails, educational media, etc. In-depth discussion of individual involvement as information organs (inforgs). Employing the activity-based mapping method, which is intended to determine each person's level of engagement with the digital environment.Methodology. The method used in this research was a pre-post test on respondents who were at Gadjah Mada University Postgraduate School postgraduate students. Questionnaires were distributed concurrently over the WhatsApp group to conduct the survey. The responses provided by respondents are entered into a Google form.Results and discussion. This study examines the use of technology and information resources by graduate students at the Graduate School of Gadjah Mada University, also known as "Emergent" education members. There are signs that the way pupils look for knowledge has changed as information and technology have advanced.Conclusions. The conclusion of this research is that there is a shift in information patterns. Previously, respondents' information patterns were mostly carried out directly by teachers or professors, now they have shifted through scientific websites and become residents through applications on social media.

AbstractInformation becomes a necessity that cannot be separated from everyone, both in work, study, and in daily lives. The development of information is supported by the ease of internet access that is present today both for ordinary people and for an institution. In the work environment at the STIKES Bhakti Husada Mulia Madiun, the search for information using the internet is usually done, especially in meeting daily information needs. One of the most frequently sought information is about parenting carried out by new moms who work in BHM STIKES and have children under five. New moms who work cannot fully accompany their children even though the important moment of a child in his growth period at 0 to 5 years old or commonly called the child's golden age. So that information about parenting is expected to help in daily parenting. This study will analyze how the information seeking behavior about parenting by new moms who work at STIKES Bhakti Husada Mulia Madiun. The informants in this study were new moms who worked on STIKES BHM with employee status, active lecturers, lecturers who were studying further, and laboratory assistants.Keywords: new moms; seeking information behavior; parenting; STIKES BHM. AbstrakInformasi menjadi suatu kebutuhan yang tidak lepas dari setiap orang, baik dalam pekerjaan, studi, maupun dalam kehidupan sehari-harinya. Perkembangan informasi didukung dengan kemudahan akses internet yang hadir saat ini baik bagi masyarakat biasa maupun bagi sebuah institusi. Dalam lingkungan kerja di STIKES Bhakti Husada Mulia Madiun, pencarian informasi menggunakan internet sudah biasa dilakukan, terutama dalam memenuhi kebutuhan informasi sehari-hari. Salah satu informasi yang sering dicari adalah tentang parenting yang dilakukan oleh ibu baru yang bekerja pada STIKES BHM dan memiliki anak usia balita. Ibu baru yang bekerja tidak dapat mendampingi anaknya secara penuh padahal moment penting anak dalam masa pertumbuhan adalah di usia 0 sampai 5 tahun atau biasa disebut usia emas anak. Sehingga informasi tentang parenting diharap dapat membantu dalam pola asuh sehari-harinya. Tujuan Penelitian ini akan menganalisis bagaimana perilaku pencarian informasi tentang pola asuh atau parenting untuk anaknya oleh ibu baru yang bekerja di STIKES Bhakti Husada Mulia Madiun. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu baru yang bekerja pada STIKES BHM dengan status karyawan, dosen yang aktif mengajar, dosen yang sedang studi lanjut, dan laboran.Kata kunci: ibu baru; perilaku pencarian informasi; pola asuh; STIKES BHM

Perpustakaan daerah memiliki peran penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan informasi masyarakat, namun masih banyak fasilitas yang belum sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan harapan pemustaka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan dan harapan pemustaka terhadap fasilitas Perpustakaan Daerah Kota Salatiga. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara mendalam terhadap 6 pemustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan pemustaka beragam, meliputi koleksi buku yang lengkap, ruang baca yang nyaman, akses internet yang memadai, serta layanan perpustakaan yang responsif. Selain itu, pemustaka juga mengharapkan adanya penambahan fasilitas pendukung seperti penyediaan air minum gratis, perbaikan fasilitas digital, penambahan area parkir tertutup, serta program literasi tambahan. Temuan penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan kualitas fasilitas fisik, digital, pendukung, dan pelayanan perpustakaan untuk memberikan kenyamanan, meningkatkan minat baca, serta memenuhi ekspektasi masyarakat pengguna.
