Abstract

This article discusses the application of HRIS (Human Resource Information System) in technology management to improve efficiency and effectiveness. HRIS is an information system that helps manage employee data, administrative processes, employee development, and communication within an organization. By using HRIS, organizations can automate routine tasks, improve access to information, and make decisions based on accurate data. HRIS implementation is also faced with challenges such as limited resources and changes in organizational culture, but with the right strategy, its benefits can be optimized in technology management.

Abstract

Solar energy is a potential solution to meet the electricity needs of TNI AD posts and bases in border areas. However, conventional solar energy systems have limited efficiency because they can only absorb sunlight from one direction. The efficiency of solar energy systems can be improved by using a dual-axis tracking system equipped with a LDR sensor. The LDR sensor is used to detect the direction of sunlight. The change in the LDR sensor resistance due to the change in the intensity of light that hits it is then processed by a microcontroller to move the solar panel in the appropriate direction. Based on the results of testing, the dual-axis tracking system with an LDR sensor significantly increases the power generated compared to conventional solar energy systems. At the peak of performance during dynamic testing at 12:00 pm, the total power reached 2,196 W, while the static test reached a total power of 1,311 W. Therefore, the dual-axis tracking system with an LDR sensor can be a more optimal choice to improve the performance and efficiency of solar energy systems in generating electricity at TNI AD posts and bases in border areas.

Abstract

Solar energy installations mathematically and visualization using the Solar Global Atlas Software simulation. The data obtained is that the highest energy occurred in the second test with the result of 365.7 Wh with the maximum power generated by solar panels of 93.28 W, battery charging energy of 321.5 Wh with a maximum battery charging power of 76.78 W. Sunhour that occurs is obtained 3.66 h with solar panel efficiency that occurs at 12.8%. The research methods used include quantitative research methods by taking data using measuring instruments using literature studies, simulations and experiments to then be processed using related formulas in the implementation of the research.

Abstract

Amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, there has been a significant increase in the demand for oxygen. More people require oxygen cylinders, yet the supply is insufficient to meet the community's needs. Oxygen Concentrators have become an essential device capable of producing pure oxygen with a purity level reaching 95% through the application of Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology. The resulting ratio produced by the concentrator is 33.4% for synthetic zeolite, 30% for silica gel, 20% for natural zeolite, and 26.7% for activated carbon.

Abstract

Resistivity or resistivity of the soil. Earth is assumed to be a sphere that is isotropically homogeneous. With this assumption, the measured resistivity is the true resistivity and is independent of the electrode spacing. But in reality the earth consists of different layers so that the measured potential is the effect of these layers. Then the measured resistivity value is not just a single layer resistivity value, but several layers, this is especially true for wide electrode spacing.
