Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and work commitment on employee performance with work discipline as an intervening variable at the Solok City Transportation Office. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis, by distributing a questionnaire of 87 respondents to employees of the Solok City Transportation Office. The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant effect of training on work discipline at the Solok City Transportation Agency. There was a positive and significant effect of work commitment on work discipline at the Solok City Transportation Agency. There was a positive and significant effect of training on employee performance at the Solok City Transportation Agency. There was a positive and significant effect of work commitment on employee performance at the Solok City Transportation Agency. There was a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Solok City Transportation Agency. Work discipline was able to mediate the effect of training on employee performance at the Solok City Transportation Agency. Work discipline was able to mediate the effect of work commitment on employee performance at the Solok City Transportation Agency

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of locus of control and training on job satisfaction with work motivation as an intervening variable in the Solok City Regional Finance Agency. The data analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis, by circulating 104 questionnaires and 100 returning questionnaires. The results of the study showed a positive and significant influence of locus of control on work motivation at the Solok City Regional Finance Agency. There is a positive and significant influence of training on work motivation at the Solok City Regional Finance Agency. There is a positive and significant influence of locus of control on job satisfaction at the Solok City Regional Finance Agency. There is a positive and insignificant influence of training on job satisfaction at the Solok City Regional Finance Agency. There is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on job satisfaction at the Solok City Regional Finance Agency. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work discipline and competency on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable in the Solok City Regional Secretariat. The type of research used is quantitative. The data analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis, by circulating a questionnaire of 98 respondents to the state civil apparatus of the Solok City Regional Secretariat, the questionnaire returned 98 respondents. The results were obtained that there was a positive and significant influence of work discipline on work motivation in Solok City Regional Secretariat Employees. There is a positive and significant influence of competence on work motivation in Solok City Regional Secretariat Employees. There is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on employee performance in the Solok City Regional Secretariat Employees. There is a positive and significant influence of competence on employee performance in Solok City Regional Secretariat Employees. There is a positive and insignificant influence of work motivation on employee performance in Solok City Regional Secretariat Employees. Work motivation does not mediate the influence of work discipline on employee performance in Solok City Regional Secretariat Employees. Work motivation does not mediate the influence of competence on functional positions on employee performance in Solok City Regional Secretariat Employees.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much work attachment: distributive justice, procedural justice and interpersonal justice are mediated by job satisfaction in employees of the Solok Regency Health Office. The type of researcher used is quantitative. The data analysis used is Structur Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. By distributing a questionnaire of 82 respondents. The results of the data analysis concluded that there was an influence There was no significant influence of Distributive Justice on Job Satisfaction, There was a significant influence of Procedural Justice on Job Satisfaction, There was no significant influence of Interpersonal Justice on Job Satisfaction, There was a significant influence of Distributive Justice on Job Engagement, There was an insignificant influence of Procedural Justice on Engagement, There was no significant influence of Interpersonal Justice on Job Engagement, There was a significant influence of Job Satisfaction on Job Engagement, Job Satisfaction did not mediate Distributive Justice on Job Engagement, Job Satisfaction did not mediate Procedural Justice on Engagement, Job Satisfaction did not mediate Interpersonal Justice on Job Engagement

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of work environment, work ethic and work discipline on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervention in the Administrative Bureau of the West Sumatra Provincial Secretariat. The type of research used is quantitative. The population in this study is all employees of the Administrative Bureau of the West Sumatra Provincial Secretariat which totals 50 employees. The sample selection technique uses total sampling and obtained 50 samples. The analysis method uses Structural Equition Modeling (SEM) Analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Work ethic has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Work discipline has no effect on job satisfaction. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work ethic does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. Work ethic has a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. Work discipline does not have a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction at the West Sumatra Province Secretariat Leadership Administration Bureau
