Abstract

Jujur dan adil merupakan sifat terpuji yang penting dimiliki dalam pergaulan. Hal ini karena berhubungan dengan Hablum minannas. Jika hubungan kita dengan manusia tidak baik dan belum bisa mendapatkan maaf dari orang yang kita dholimi tersebut, maka Allah juga tidak bisa memberikannya ampunan. Dengan demikian, maka peneliti mencoba untuk menganalisis pendidikan jujur dan adil prespektif Al Qur’an. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan pendidikan jujur dan adil perspektif Al Qur’an. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualiatif dan jenis penelitiannya adalah penelitian kepustakaan yang berfokus pada kajian isi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan jujur dan adil telah diajarkan sejak zaman nabi Muhammad. Jujur yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini adalah jujur dalam berjual beli dan tidak mengurangi timbangan. Sedangkan adil di sini adalah mencari kebenaran terlebih dahulu sebelum menghukumi sesuatu. Kesimpulan menunjukan pendidikan jujur dan adil diajarkan dalam Al Qur’an agar diberlakukan kepada semua orang tanpa pandang bulu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis strategi pemasaran digital yang diterapkan oleh sentra Batik Tulis di Desa Trusmi Plered, Cirebon. Dengan pendekatan marketing mix 7P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, Physical Evidence), penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana elemen-elemen tersebut dapat dioptimalkan untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan usaha batik tulis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk berkualitas tinggi, harga yang sesuai dengan nilai seni, penjualan melalui saluran offline dan online, promosi aktif melalui media sosial dan pameran, serta peran penting pengrajin dalam pemasaran adalah faktor utama dalam strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Implementasi teknologi digital, peningkatan konten media sosial, perluasan pasar, pelatihan pengrajin, dan inovasi produk merupakan langkah-langkah kunci untuk mencapai keunggulan kompetitif. Temuan ini memberikan panduan praktis bagi pengrajin batik dan kontribusi akademis dalam studi pemasaran digital serta industri kreatif, dengan implikasi yang dapat diterapkan di sentra batik lainnya di Indonesia untuk mendukung UMKM dalam meningkatkan penjualan dan memperluas jangkauan pasar mereka.

Abstract

The application of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles in Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) is increasingly becoming a global concern, but presents its own challenges at the managerial level. MFI managers are often faced with ethical dilemmas between commitments to sustainability and operational pressures, especially in complex socio-economic contexts. This study aims to explore managers' subjective experiences in dealing with ESG managerial dilemmas and how local values influence decision-making. The method used is an interpretative phenomenology approach with in-depth interview techniques with 10 MFI managers in Indonesia. Data were analyzed through five stages of Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA), accompanied by observation and policy document analysis as triangulation. The results show four main forms of dilemma: (1) ESG compliance versus financial targets, (2) local social interests versus global ESG standards, (3) transparency versus operational confidentiality, and (4) ethical ambiguity in managerial decisions. Managers do not simply follow formal procedures, but navigate dilemmas through personal values, intuition, and community dialog. In conclusion, the implementation of ESG in MFIs demands a contextualized, reflective, and adaptive approach. This study emphasizes the importance of a flexible and local value-based ethical framework as part of the ESG strategy. This study also offers a theoretical contribution through strengthening the experiential dimension in microfinance ESG studies.

Abstract

This community service program aims to increase financial literacy and encourage business legality through assistance in making Business Identification Numbers (NIB) for MSME actors in Mundu Mesigit Village. The low public understanding of financial management, the risk of online loans, and the lack of business legality are the basis for the need for integrated intervention. The activity was carried out through financial education seminars and technical assistance for NIB registration using the Online Single Submission (OSS) system. The method used is qualitative descriptive through observation, direct assistance, informal interviews, and published NIB documentation. The results of the activity showed that the seminar succeeded in improving participants' understanding of financial segregation, cash flow recording, and financial risk management. In addition, OSS assistance has proven to be effective, as evidenced by the issuance of 32 NIBs from 33 participants. This program not only overcomes financial and digital literacy barriers, but also strengthens the capacity of MSME actors to manage their businesses formally and sustainably. These findings confirm that the integrated intervention model is very relevant and can be replicated for the empowerment of MSMEs in other rural areas.
