Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Human Resources (HR) management on the effectiveness of technology implementation, employee productivity, and the involvement of organizational culture as a moderating variable in the Industry 5.0 era. This study uses a quantitative approach with a path analysis test method on three regression models. Model 1 analysis results show that the use of AI in HR has a significant effect on the effectiveness of technology implementation with a value of F = 35.320 and p < 0.05, and contributes 26.3% to the effectiveness of technology implementation (R² = 0.263). In Model 2, the effectiveness of technology implementation and the use of AI together have a significant effect on employee productivity with a value of F = 27.111, p < 0.05, and a contribution of 35.6% (R² = 0.356). Model 3 shows that organizational culture as a moderating variable is not significant in strengthening the relationship between technology implementation effectiveness and employee productivity (t = 0.180, p = 0.858). However, the R² value of 0.384 indicates that 38.4% of the variation in employee productivity can be explained by the independent and moderating variables in this model. This study concludes that the use of AI in HR significantly improves the effectiveness of technology implementation and employee productivity. However, the role of organizational culture as moderation needs to be further explored as it did not contribute significantly in this model

Abstract

This study set out to determine how organizational performance is impacted by commitment, organizational culture, and ethical leadership. As a mediator in the relationship between ethical leadership and organizational performance, commitment is also examined, as is the link between organizational culture and performance. Primary data for this study is gathered through distributing questionnaires. A quantitative research strategy was used, and SEM with the SmartPLS 3.0 tool was used for data analysis. The Patimban Marine Industry in Subang Regency served as the study's site and its 97 respondents served as the research sample. The study's conclusions indicate that dedication, organizational culture, and ethical leadership all significantly improve organizational performance. Additionally, it showed to be positively significant between organizational cultural commitment and the impact of organizational culture on organizational performance as a mediating variable through commitment. However, ethical leadership has little of an effect on commitment, and it has much less of an effect on organizational performance when it acts as a facilitator of commitment. Abstract

PT. BPR NBP 29 adalah salah satu Bank Swasta yang menyediakan modal kerja dan pinjaman kredit. Dalam hal tersebut, bank harus melakukan analisis terhadap laporan keuangan yang dimiliki oleh suatu perusahaan/debitur (nasabah) yang mengajukan permohonan kredit sebagai upaya untuk mempermudah bank dalam menilai kelayakan pemberian kredit dan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengembalian perusahaan/debitur (nasabah) kepada pihak bank. Analisis laporan keuangan memiliki bentuk-bentuk dalam melakukan pengukuran yaitu dengan metode Rasio Likuiditas, Rasio Aktivitas, Rasio Solvabilitas, dan Rasio Profitabilitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan analisis laporan keuangan terhadap efektivitas pemberian kredit pada PT. BPR NBP 29 Cabang Ciasem. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif-kuantitatif, yaitu dengan mengumpulkan, menganalisis, serta memperoleh data berupa angka-angka sehingga dapat memberi gambaran yang cukup jelas mengenai perkreditan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjelaskan tentang pentingnya posisi keuangan bagi perbankan dalam menyetujui permohonan kredit dan meminimalisir atau mencegah terjadinya kredit macet oleh debitur yang dapat merugikan pihak bank sebagai kreditur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang pengaruh budaya organisasi dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja di Baznas Kabupaten Subang. Budaya organisasi dan komunikasi Karyawan Baznas Kabupaten Subang menjadi variabel yang mempengaruhi kinerja. Permasalahan yang timbul adakah pengaruh budaya organisasi dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja di Baznas Kabupaten Subang baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh diharapkan dapat menjelaskan hubungan antar variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Sampel penelitian yang ditujukan adalah sebanyak 36 responden. Variabel budaya organisasi dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja diukur dengan menggunakan skala likert dan data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner keresponden. Analisis data menggunakan analisis statistic korelasi dan regresi berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 22. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, budaya organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, hal ini didapatkan berdasarkan hasil perhitungan T tabel 2,322 > T hitung 0,681 dan nilai signifikansi budaya organisasi sebesar 0,027 < 0,05. Komunikasi secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, hal ini didapatkan berdasarkan hasil perhitungan T tabel 3,312 > T hitung 0,681 dan nilai signifikansi kinerja sebesar 0,002 < 0,05. Budaya Organisasi dan komunikasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji F dengan nilai signifikansi Budaya Organisasi dan Komunikasi terhadap Kinerja di Baznas Kabupaten Subang secara simultan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, dan nilai F tabel 26,189 > F hitung 3.14. Berdasarkan output SPSS 22 terdapat nilai r square sebesar 0,681, hal ini menunjukan bahwa variabel bebas yang diteliti (Budaya Organisasi dan Komunikasi) memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja sebesar 68,1%. sementara sisanya, dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to examine how information technology and communication effectiveness affect job satisfaction, how job satisfaction affects information technology and communication effectiveness on work productivity, how information technology affects work productivity, and how job satisfaction functions as a mediating variable in the relationship between information technology and work productivity and communication effectiveness and work productivity. Research of this kind is quantitative in nature. Eighty-four employees of PT Ciptaniaga Roda Berdikari served as the research sample. Method of statistical analysis with SPSS software. The findings of the study analysis indicate that job satisfaction cannot mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and the impact of information technology on work productivity, nor can job effectiveness mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and the impact of communication effectiveness on work productivity.
