Abstract

Jawa Barat dikenal sebagai provinsi yang memiliki potensi, baik potensi kekayaan alam, budaya, dan juga pariwisata. Salah satu potensi unggulan di wilayah Provinsi Jawa Barat atau Tatar Sunda adalah dimilikinya kekayaan dan keragaman sumber daya pariwisata yang tinggi, meliputi wisata alam, wisata budaya dan wisata minat khusus. Pariwisata merupakan salah satu potensi yang diandalkan sebagai sektor yang potensial untuk pembangunan Jawa Barat, berkaitan dengan alasan ekonomi, sosial, konservasi, serta pelestarian lingkungan dan budaya, kawasan pantai Pangandaran salah satu objek wisata yang menjadi primadona dalam wisata bahari di Jawa Barat bagian selatan.             Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi bauran pemasaran kepariwisataan dalam upaya peningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan pantai Pangandaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan single cash (studi kasus tunggal), dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, dengan tujuan untuk menghasilkan kesimpulan terbaik dan dapat memperkuat argumentasi peneliti.             Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi bauran pemasaran kepariwisataan yang meliputi produk, harga, distribusi, promosi, proses, karyawan, dan sarana prasarana belum dilaksanakan secara optimal, sehingga kunjungan wisatawan Pantai Pangandaran belum menunjukkan hasil yang optimal pula. Kurang optimalnya kunjungan wisatawan, ini disebabkan kemampuan pengelola wisata pantai Pangandaran dalam mengimplementasi bauran pemasaran kepariwisataan belum dilaksanakan secara profesional. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi bauran pemasaran kepariwisataan dalam peningkatan kunjungan wisatawan secara keseluruhan bagi pihak pengelola dan pihak terkait perlu mempunyai komitmen yang jelas, Sumber Daya Manusia harus teruji kompetensinya, dan manajemen harus dilaksanakan secara terpadu dan terarah.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, organizational culture toward employee performance. Sampling in this study using a Stratified Random Sampling and the size of 92 respondents, methods of analysis use path Analysis. The results showed that based on the preception of respondents, the overall variable transformotional leadership in the category quite well toward good, look that variable tranformational leadership (X1) has a direct amount to 13,62%, indirect effect throught its realtionship culture organization (X2) amount to 11,30, and total the effect 24,92%. Culture organitation has a direct amount to 29,38%, indirect effect throught its relationship tranformational leadership 11,30% and total the effect 40,68%. The coefecient of determination calculation result is equal to 65,59%. The result of reseach concludes that there are partially and stimultaneously significanteffect of transformational leadership variable, organizational culture toward employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan internet mengubah cara bisnis, termasuk di bisnis ritel dimana model bisnisnya memanfaatkan menjadi layanan digital dalam proses transaksi yang dikenal istilahnya sebagai e-commerce. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana dalam pemasaran online untuk menerapkan iklan secara online dan dalam mewujudkan minat beli konsumen. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan metode deskriptif survey dengan menggunakan pendekatan verifikatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen Lazada di kota Bandung, dengan sampel sebanyak 96 pelanggan. Hasil temuan menunjukan bahwa penerapan iklan secara online memiliki dampak langsung terhadap minat beli di situs Lazada. Kata Kunci : Iklan Online, Pemasaran Online dan Minat Beli Konsumen ABSTRACT The development of the internet is changing the way business, including in retail businesses where business models utilize digital services in transaction processing, known as e-commerce. The Purpose of this study is to examine how in online marketing to implement online advertising and in realizing consumer buying interest. This research also uses descriptive survey method using a verification approach. The population in this study is Lazada consumers in the city of Bandung, with a sample of 96 customers. The findings show that the implementation of online advertising has a direct impact on buying interest on the Lazada site. Keywords : Online Advertising, Online Marketing and Consumer Buying Interest.

Abstract

This study aims to know, examine and analyze the influence of leadership role and commitment to job satisfaction in Vocational High School (SMK) Serang City, Serang District and Tanggerang District. The method used in this research is quantitative method of research sample using random sampling at 121 population with 92 respondents. Instrument test results show all statements of the three variables are declared valid. Analysis of verification using path analysis method (Path Analysis). The result of this research conclude that there are positive and significant influence of leadership role to job satisfaction, and there is positive and significant influence of Commitment to job satisfaction. Coefficient Determination (R2) value of leadership role and commitment to job satisfaction equal to 0,445% or 45,5%. And the value outside the model (errovar) of 0.555% or 55.5%.

Abstract

The potential for disasters in Indonesia is quite high, the potential for these disasters can have a greater impact on women and children who are vulnerable groups of people. Disaster risk assessments should consider the vulnerable groups to be in the first place to be discussed. The study needs to be reviewed by looking at existing vulnerabilities and participatory capacities in the community by involving the facilitator team and the community. The seven stages of Oxfam's participatory capacity and vulnerability analysis (PCVA) provide a detailed description of what steps need to be taken to involve the wider community. The seven stages of PCVA start from preparing, collecting secondary data, beginning work with the community, analyzing hazards, prioritizing risk, developing a risk reduction action plan, and putting the action plan into practice. Using qualitative research methods, this study recommends that disaster risk studies that need to be prepared by looking at the perspective of gender sensitivity specially for Indonesia.

Abstract

Human resources are very important in a company. therefore every company always tries to have quality human resources and companies must pay attention to aspects of work related to human resources, because without quality human resources a company will not run well between HR and companies must have a mutually beneficial relationship requires, companies need quality employees, employees also need a work environment that can provide satisfaction such as having a clean and comfortable work environment, one of the company's activities to advance the abilities of its employees is employee career development and providing motivation to employees from research is to determine the effect of motivation , work environment and career development on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Kalibaru Indonesia This research is included in the category of quantitative research. The total population is 302 employees, so the sample used is 77 employees because it uses the Slovin formula. From these results work motivation, work environment and career development affect job satisfaction.

Abstract

Human resources management is all activity relate to the recognitions of the importances of work motivations which will affects communications on employees job satisfactions and minimized the occurrence of works stress problems for employees. , utilizing function and activities that ensuring that human resources are utilizing effective and or for the benefit of individuals, companies and society. This studies aims to determine the effects of motivations, communications and works stress on job satisfactions of employees of PT Bravo Engineering Batam. This researches designed using researches designed and quantitatives researches methods. The data collections techniques is by distributed questionnaires to 115 respondents. The results of this studies indicated that motivation, communication and work stress partial and simultant has a significants effects on employee job satisfactions. The results of the coefficient of determination test indicate that motivation, communication and work stress affect job satisfaction by 51,3 percent, while the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to focus on the study of job characteristics and competencies of SMEs as an effort to improve the performance of SMEs. Based on Law no. 20 of 2008, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, Micro Enterprises are productive businesses owned by individuals and/or business entities that meet the criteria. a business that is not a subsidiary or not a branch of a company that is owned, controlled or becomes a part either directly or indirectly of a Medium or Large Business that meets the criteria of a Small Business. MSMEs are the most vital sector as a support for the regional economy in creating jobs. West Bandung Regency makes a major contribution to economic activities by continuing to increase the number of industries and SMEs that contribute to providing employment opportunities.This study uses a qualitative method, so what is taken from this explanatory research is its descriptive-holistic nature and the use of the theoretical basis used in the research framework. Thus, the authors hope to find the depth of interpretation of the data and test the theoretical criteria used in this study. The study that the researcher conducts The case study is one of the research methods that is carried out in-depth examination rather than generalizing to a situation or phenomenon called a case by using systematic methods of observing, collecting data, analyzing information, and reporting the results. As a result, you will get a deep understanding of why something happens and can be the basis for further research with a single case study, data collected through observation and in-depth interviews, and documentation to produce the best conclusions and can be an argument for researchers.The results of the study indicate that job characteristic and entrepreneurial competencies have not been able to fully support the improvement of SME performance. This is because the number of SMEs in West Bandung Regency is less developed there are still many of the products they offer the same, resulting in high competition among SMEs, and for buyers, there is no other choice. The results of the study can be concluded that the characteristics of work and entrepreneurial competence as an effort to improve the performance of SMEs have not been achieved, West Bandung SMEs need to be developed and managed properly and there is a cooperation between SMEs actors and the relevant government.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work culture and work discipline on employee work productivity in the recycled paper industry of Kridasana, especially in the production department. The method used is a survey with a sample of 30 respondents from the total population of production department employees. The results show that work culture has a significant influence on employee work productivity in the recycled paper industry of Kridasana. In addition, work discipline also has a significant influence on employee work productivity in the industry. This indicates that positive work culture and good work discipline can improve employee work productivity in the recycled paper industry of Kridasana. The conclusion of this study is that work culture and work discipline are important factors in improving employee work productivity in the recycled paper industry of Kridasana, especially in the production department. Therefore, the company must pay attention to and improve work culture and work discipline of employees in order to increase work productivity and achieve better company goals in the future.
