Abstract

The research was motivated by the efforts of the Cengkong village government to overcome the problem of teenagers dropping out of school in Cengkong village. The purpose of conducting this research is to find out what efforts are used by the government in Cengkong village to overcome the problem of teenagers dropping out of school in areas that are under the supervision and responsibility of Cengkong village. As well as describing scientifically and systematically the problem of teenagers dropping out of school. The research used is qualitative research. Namely where this research describes the handling of the problem of teenagers dropping out of school carried out by the Cengkong village. The instruments in this research were observation and interviews. All data obtained and presented in this research are in narrative form. The results of the research that has been carried out show that children in Cengkong village are given easy access to education. There is literacy outreach through the digital library. And if you have already dropped out of school, Cengkong Village provides school facilities to catch up with packages held in the village hall. In this way, the Cengkong village government will not only cope but will also become a solution for those who want to continue their education even though they have already dropped out of school.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan menganalisis pergeseran paradigmatik dalam pendidikan karakter di Indonesia, membandingkan model Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) dalam Kurikulum Merdeka dengan model Integrasi Penuh yang dimandatkan dalam Permendikdasmen No. 13 Tahun 2025. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik studi dokumentasi sistematis terhadap kebijakan resmi dan literatur akademik. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan tiga transformasi utama yaitu 1) Pergeseran konseptual dari karakter sebagai produk proyek episodik menuju proses internalisasi kontinyu dengan ekspansi dari enam dimensi Profil Pelajar Pancasila menjadi Delapan Karakter Lulusan yang responsif terhadap krisis global; 2) Reorganisasi struktural dari alokasi 20-30% waktu terpisah menjadi integrasi penuh dalam 100% pembelajaran intrakurikuler yang mengeliminasi dikotomi artifisial; dan 3) Transformasi pedagogis dari Project-Based Learning temporal menuju paradigma Deep Learning dengan prinsip meaningful, joyful, dan reflective yang menuntut transformasi peran guru menjadi desainer kurikulum integratif, model moral, pembimbing reflektif, dan asesor holistik. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa model Integrasi Penuh memiliki keunggulan teoretis dalam memfasilitasi internalisasi karakter melalui praktik berulang dalam konteks beragam, namun implementasi efektifnya bergantung pada kesiapan ekosistem pendidikan meliputi pengembangan profesional guru, kepemimpinan instruksional visioner, sumber daya pedagogis memadai, dan kultur sekolah yang koheren dengan nilai-nilai yang diajarkan.
