Abstract

The curriculum often changes because the world continues to change and education must adapt to the times. The curriculum must be appropriate to the times and the context and characteristics of students. In facing curriculum changes, teachers experience difficulties in adapting to curriculum changes. This research aims to determine teachers' difficulties in adapting to curriculum changes. The research method used in this research is qualitative research. The data collection technique in the research that we conducted was using face-to-face questions and answers or directly to the subject, then the researcher asked questions by asking the research subject, namely a class IV teacher at SDN No. 106163 Bandar Klippa Percut Sei Tuan named Mrs. Atikah Riqka. , S.Pd. related to educational problems at the school. Teachers' difficulties in adapting technology when teachers have to redesign their learning plans and adapt their learning according to new provisions.

Abstract

Mathematics is a fundamental science that underpins many aspects of daily life. Where mathematics can be used as a method of solving problems that we face in life activities, such as in using information, knowledge and seeing and using relationships between objects. Not only that, the important role of mathematics includes the formation and development of rational, logical, systematic and critical thinking skills. In the study conducted by Putrihapsari and Fauziah (2020), Nazir (2014) defines literature study as a research approach that involves evaluating a multitude of literature studies that are pertinent to the research being conducted. This strategy is employed in research as a preliminary stage to organise the investigation by gathering data from literature in the subject, without the necessity for direct involvement. By using the PjBL model, it is hoped that it can cover 21st century skills so that it can improve the quality of students' mathematical literacy skills. Given that students must collaborate from the outset, the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning paradigm may assist them in developing the skills required to work effectively in groups. In order for students to comprehend the rationale and benefits of the mathematics education they receive in the classroom, this learning paradigm is essential for fostering mathematical literacy.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to: 1) Knowing the level of confidence of students on the basic subjects of sewing technology students class X SMK N 8 Medan.2) To determine whether confidence affects the basic learning outcomes of technology sewing students class X SMK N 8 Medan.3) For Knowing the relationship of confidence to the learning result of basic technology of sewing students of class X SMK N 8 Medan. Technique sample is by using proportional random sampling counted 36 people. For Self Confidence variable (X) data is collected by using questionnaire, while the learning result variable (Y) is crawled by using cognitive test. Data analysis using descriptive, test tendency analysis requirement by using normality test, hypothesis test with product moment correlation. From result of research of student self confidence tends to enough that with percentage 77,8%, so also result of learning base of sewing technology pertained enough with percentage 69 , 4%. Based on the calculation of rxy correlation analysis of 0.719 which means there is a strong relationship between self-confidence with Basic Learning Outcomes Technology Tailoring students class X SMK Negeri 8 Medan. From the result of t-test calculation (significance test) obtained tcount of 6,039 while ttable price with degree of freedom (dk = 36-2 = 34) at 5% significant level is 1,697. And the hypothesis that reads "There is a positive relationship between confidence with learning outcomes basic technology sewing students class X SMK Negeri 8 Medan. Thus it can be concluded the hypothesis is accepted. Kata Kunci : Kepercayaan Diri, Hasil Belajar Dasar Teknologi Menjahit
