Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are a typical wealth of Indonesian Islamic cultural treasures that have at least three elements, namely kiai, santri, and mosque. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method, where researchers try to understand the express and implied meaning behind the phenomena obtained through in-depth interviews, observations, supporting documents, and the results of theoretical studies from various authoritative written sources. This data analysis is carried out circularly by starting with data collection, data presentation, data reduction to conclusions. The results of this study showed that the condition of drug addicts and mental issues at Al-Qodir Islamic Boarding School experienced acute dependence and generally had weak religious knowledge. Islamic religious education materials applied at Al-Qodir Islamic Boarding School are faith education, moral education, and worship education using various varied methods and relevant repression techniques so that students who are addicted to drugs and mental issues can understand and live Islamic religious education comprehensively. The conclusion of this study shows that Islamic religious education has a very important role in the rehabilitation process gradually, systematically and planned by integrating medical, psychological, social and spiritual sciences for the realization of positive changes displayed by drug addicts and mental issues through the level of faith, forging akhlakul karimah, and habituation of worship. The research has implications for the importance of Kyai's role as a leader in managing the dynamics of internal and external changes in pesantren.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the miraculous verses of the Qur'an as a book of guidance and guidance for humans and provide benefits both theoretically and practically. Theoretically, this research is expected to be able to provide additional new references and references for further research. Practically, this research is able to provide benefits to humans and make one of the guidelines for daily life, especially in managing nature. This research method uses the type of literature with descriptive analytical data analysis techniques. The results of this study reveal that the evidence of the miracle of the Qur'an which is examined by scientists about the truth of the Qur'an and leads all scientists to the gate of Islam, becomes strong to be used as a Muslim handbook. The Qur'an as a guide in recognizing and managing nature is also concrete evidence of its authenticity and originality as the holy book of Muslims.

Abstract

This article explores the relationship between gratitude and self-healing. Self-healing is a psychological healing process that occurs in people suffering from depression, stress, anxiety, and fear in life. This research aims to understand the practice of gratitude in self-healing in the Quran from the perspective of M. Quraish Shihab. The results of this research regarding the interpretation of M. Quraish Shihab include verses of gratitude, namely Surah al-Baqarah verse 152, Surah 'Ali Imran verse 145, Surah Luqman verse 12, and Surah az-Zumar verse 7. Tafsir al-Misbah explains the words of gratitude as follows: This includes obedience and praise that deeply acknowledges the greatness of God's blessings and mercy and evokes feelings of love for God. Gratitude is closely related to maintaining mental health and peace of mind. Practicing self-healing with gratitude degrades negative thoughts, reduces feelings of dissatisfaction, fosters positive traits within oneself, and encourages a spirit of worship that provides psychological benefits. This occurs due to the increased awareness of Allah SWT's blessings in what is given in the lives of those who are grateful.

Abstract

The use of the hijab by Muslim women has experienced rapid growth in recent years, marked by increasing interest and a variety of models that follow modern fashion trends. However, the popularity of the hijab as a fashion trend also has a negative impact in the form of discrimination against women who wear the Islamic hijab. The aim of this analysis is to provide a deeper understanding of the various forms of discrimination faced by women who wear the Islamic hijab, explore its impact, and suggest concrete steps from a human values ??perspective to achieve a more just and inclusive society. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method by means of interviews. From the results of this research, discrimination against women wearing the Shar'i hijab has several impacts, namely psychologically, it has an impact on mental health. Economically, the impact of difficulty finding work can cause the economy to decline. Socially, the lack of support from the surrounding environment can make it difficult for Islamic hijab users to interact. So efforts can be made to prevent discrimination from the perspective of human values ??such as human dignity and honor, equality and non-discrimination, tolerance and respect for diversity, freedom of religion and belief, justice and solidarity, human rights. Forming and maintaining human values ??certainly requires educational assistance and legal assistance. With this, it is hoped that it can play an important role in creating an ethical society and providing justice for women who wear the Sharia hijab.

Abstract

The attitude of tolerance in interfaith marriages is very important in nature to maintain family unity and harmony.Mutual respect and respect for religious differences in the family can build peace.This study aims to find out the components that cause religious differences in the family, to understand how tolerance can be implemented in children who are raised in families with different beliefs, and to understand how the social sees religious differences in the family. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, which means describing events explicitly in the form of implementing and accepting different religious families through interviews. Where data analysis is used using the inductive method. inductive method is a method of thinking or reasoning that starts from observations or specific data data to then draw general conclusions or theories. The results of the study concluded that families can be of different religions due to two things, namely marriage and conversion.The value of tolerance in question leads to attitudes and principles that allow a person to be open, appreciate, understand, and accept differences between other people and groups, regardless of religion, culture, ethnicity, opinion, or other factors.Tolerance towards society includes tolerance towards families of different religions, which includes religious freedom, respect for religious differences, and approval of religious differences.This attitude of tolerance applies to all types of applications carried out by the people in it.

Abstract

This study seeks to gain a thorough understanding of the experiences of children with special needs in inclusive education and efforts to eliminate discrimination against them in schools that provide inclusive education. The approach utilized in this research is qualitative, which allows for in-depth information gathering through conducting interviews, observations and analyzing documents. The outcomes show the need for supportive policies, customized school services, adjustments to learning materials, and active participation of parents in promoting the development of children with disabilities. In addition, Islamic views also emphasize the importance of eliminating discrimination against children with disabilities by emphasizing human values such as respect, justice, care, solidarity, humanity, diversity and human rights. These values align with the principles of inclusive education which aims to create a fair and friendly environment for all children. This research is anticipated to contribute to science, especially in developing more effective and humane inclusive education policies and practices, as well as promoting the formation of an inclusive and just society for all individuals, including children with special needs.

Abstract

Transformational leadership has been known as one of the effective leadership styles in improving team performance in organizations. This study aims to analyze transformational leadership and team performance dynamics in the Serdang Bedagai Islamic Student Association (PERMAIS) organization. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through a Google Form-based survey distributed to members of the organization, as well as semi-structured interviews to deepen the findings. The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership has a positive impact on team performance, especially in creating motivation, innovation, and effective communication among team members. Leaders who apply a transformational approach can influence team members through a clear vision, inspiration, and individual attention, although there are several obstacles such as the lack of member involvement in the decision-making process. This study underlines the importance of transformational leadership training to improve team effectiveness in achieving organizational goals. In conclusion, the effective implementation of transformational leadership can improve team performance through better collaboration, open communication, and attention to the individual needs of team members. A participatory approach and a culture of innovation are also needed to maximize team potential in student organizations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  peran psikologi agama dalam pengembangan spiritual peserta didik adalah untuk memahami psikologi Agama berpengaruh atau berperan baik secara umum atau dalam pengembangan nilai-nilai spiritual yang ada dalam diri peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dimana peneliti berperan sebagai instrumen kunci yang menafsirkan data-data yang ditemukan. Dengan menggunakan metode studi pustaka dimana peneliti membaca teori-teori yang berhubungan dengan permasalahan yang diteliti yang bersumber dari literature akademik berupa buku, artikel jurnal, dan yang lainnya.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan menjadi sarana dalam pembentukan jiwa keagamaan peserta didik. Psikologi Agama mempunyai peran untuk mengembangkan spiritual peserta didik dengan memberikan kesadaran akan makna hidup, tujuan dari perbuatannya dengan memperbaiki moral dan etika dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, hubungan dengan Tuhan dalam bentuk penguatan keyakinan serta keimanan. seorang peserta didik dapat menghadapi tantangan keimanan dengan pengendalian emosi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan psikologi agama mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dalam pengembangan spiritual peserta didik dengan bantuan psikologi agama peserta didik dapat memahami makna dari nilai-nilai spiritual keagamaan yang akan menjadi dasar dalam pembentukan karakter dan tingkah laku kepribadian setiap peserta didik untuk mencapai kesejahteraan hidup.

Abstract

Revolusi Industri 5.0 membawa perubahan signifikan dalam pendidikan, termasuk Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Revolusi ini menekankan kolaborasi antara teknologi dan nilai-nilai emosional dan spiritual dalam pembelajaran PAI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi peran psikologi agama sebagai strategi pendidikan agama Islam di era revolusi industri 5.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan (library research). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan purposive sampling dari literatur yang sesuai dengan topik penelitian, mencakup buku, artikel, jurnal ilmiah, dan dokumen-dokumen pendukung lainnya. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis isi (content analysis) yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa psikologi agama dalam perspektif Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PTACK) adalah strategi yang sangat efektif dan holistik untuk pendidikan agama Islam di era Revolusi Industri 5.0. Pendekatan ini akan membawa pendidikan agama Islam untuk berkembang mengikuti kemajuan teknologi, tanpa mengabaikan pentingnya pengembangan nilai-nilai spiritual dan emosional peserta didik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan psikologi agama dapat memberikan dasar yang kuat bagi pengembangan karakter peserta didik, sehingga mereka tidak hanya cerdas dalam aspek kognitif, tetapi juga memiliki keseimbangan emosional dan spiritual yang baik. Dengan pendekatan yang tepat, teknologi dapat menjadi alat yang mendukung pengembangan karakter peserta didik sesuai dengan nilai-nilai agama Islam.

Abstract

Konflik lingkungan merupakan sangketa atau ketidakcocokan yang timbul karena adanya masalah lingkungan seiring dengan pesatnya pembangunan yang menyebabkan pencemaran, tata guna tanah, keamanan dan kenyamanan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan nilai kemanusiaan dari konflik lingkungan di Desa Sembahe Baru. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan, dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian deskriptif menggambarkan situasi atau fenomena kehidupan nyata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Desa Sembahe Baru memiliki konflik lingkungan yang berkepanjangan dan perubahan yang di alami sangat sedikit bahkan tidak ada, nilai kemanusiaan yang cenderung rendah dan hanya mementingkan kawasan tempat tinggal sendiri. Hal inilah yang sebenarnya menjadi penyebab konflik tersebut.
